my individual capacity make, ordain, constitute, nominate and
appoint;
My friend, Mr. Sidharth Satish Bhandari Aged: 33 years Adult
residing at E-4 Sidharth park, Ambavadi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat as
my Attorney for me, in my name and on my behalf;
1)To represent me before the Honble City Civil Court and
Honble Metropolitan Magistrate at Ahmedabad where I intend
to fle one criminal complaint and one civil suit against one
company as well as against a sole proprietary frm having
common director as well as proprietor in the said frm namely
A.A.Brothers International Pvt. Ltd a Private Limited Company
and A.A. & Brothers a sole proprietary frm through Mr. Anmol
Baid Kumar Aggarwal. To represent with all intents and
purposes in connection with the propose complaint and also
before all the Appellate Courts including High Courts and
Supreme Court in respect of the above complaint. I further

authorize to fle Criminal Revision Application and other
proceedings as per the advice of the legal counsels.
2)My power of attorney also has power to appear in any court,
police station and to give any related statement, afdavit in
any of my legal matters, to enter in to, sign, execute, depose
and deliver such bonds of arbitration or other deeds as may
my attorney shall deem ft.
3)For me and my behalf to accept service of any summons or
other legal process, and to appear in person, to represent , in
any court or before any judicial, executive and revenue
authority or any other ofcer whatsoever, and for me and in
my name, in any capacity, either alone or jointly with any
person or persons to commence any legal action or other
judicial proceedings and also to depose and cross examine on
my behalf in any court of justice or for the recovery of any
debts, right title and interest in my aforesaid dispute or thing
now due, or to become due and payable at any time hereafter
and also to appoint any solicitor, advocate, or pleader to
represent me in any court or before any competent authority
and to sign and afrm all Examination-in-Chief Afdavit,
Afdavits, Miscellaneous Applications, writs petitions and
afdavits and other necessary documents.
4)To compromise, compound or withdraw cases including the
above said or be non-suited to refer to arbitration all disputes
and diferences.
