Alter transition curve to the south

Current alignment shows the track south of the pocket siding,
narrowing around the curve section. The requested change is
to either the track alignment or the viaduct cross-section.
Current alignment is a good for the track and train speed but the varying
track centers will make it difficult to build the viaduct.
