Reiki 2 :- reiki 2 channel dissolve blockage in the finger side preferably whole palm
Draw mental & power symbol on palms for better results
Non-reiki people to rub both hands for 1-2 mts to generate similar energy.
HOW TO DO IT :- fold ring finger and press thumb on the 2nd part of ring finger. 1st part thumb to cover it
Element earth & fire. Fire destroys excess earth element .
Pose:- the suggested pose for this is padmasan or sitting cross legged. Even if you are not able to do full crossing of
legs, will do as sometime for very fat persons it is difficult. Later on when
Fat is reduced, try this way. Exhaling more than inhaling . arms & spine erect. Palms open to sky. Elbows can
be put on sofas or thighs.
Timing :- to start with minimum 15 mts. Can increase it to 30 mts. After weight comes to normal as per
your age & height do it for 5 mts only in morning & evening to maintain
Additional :- those who are familiar with su-jok therapy or acupressure will find this is point for thyroid
Uses:- 1) increases heat in the body as sun is the giver of energy.
2) increase of heat dissolves the fat stored in body cells
3) improves digestion & reduces obesity due to excess fat
4) all problems of thyroid gland reduces or eliminated
5) sometime due to thyroid , menses abnormalities are caused, which reduces.
6) decreases mental heaviness
7) reduces chlorostral , constipation
8) helpful in diabetes, TB, ASTHAMA
9) balances body.

Works on the principles of burning fat in body cells.
Affected Thyroid causes very lean or fat body as well as causes obstruction to normal growth
of body. This mudra when done with toxic reducing mudra gives good benefits in a short time
for weight loss. some loose motions likely – toxic removal
in case of less results simply increase pressure . that is all
based on correcting imbalances of 5 elements which constitute the body.
