Business Snapshot

Expand our Customer Relationships
We are focused on extending our presence and portfolio of solutions by delivering solutions that offer exceptional value to customers by reducing
their total costs through increased productivity, yields and reduced waste and energy.
Food customers : We are focused on expanding current relationships by developing new end-to-end solutions across the food "Production-
Packaging-Preparation-Consumption" continuum. These solutions are intended to deliver improved hygiene, sanitation and extended shelf life,
which will provide greater assurance in the food value chain.
Industrial and Commercial customers : The Diversey acquisition broadens our portfolio of solutions and extends our reach to customers
through enhanced operational efficiencies in the distributor sales channel (approx. 33% pro forma 2011 sales are through distributors).
Capture Growth Opportunities in Developing Regions
We are focused on realizing growth from developing regions (Africa, Central/Eastern Europe, Central Asia, China, India, Latin America, Middle
East and Southeast Asia) by addressing growing demand trends from: greater disposable income from a growing middle class; urbanization of
populations; increased wealth per capita driving greater demand for protein and higher-quality foods; and the expansion of cold supply chains and
western-style supermarkets which require packaged formats.
Extend our Reach and Innovation Leadership
The Diversey acquisition extends our scale, geographic reach and the scope of proprietary solutions, technologies and resources that can now
address our customers' unmet needs in managing food safety, hygiene and shelf life performance, while maximizing their productivity and reducing
costs. New solutions are expected to enhance our competitive position and our broader infrastructure will extend and accelerate opportunities in
under-developed sectors and customer accounts.
Generate Solid Free Cash Flow
Successful execution of our growth initiatives, combined with the integration of Diversey and the acquisition's estimated commercial and financial
benefits, is expected to improve our financial profile and improve our free cash flow generation. We are focused on debt reduction and maintaining
our dividend program, while returning to an investment-grade profile by the end of 2013.
