inmates who have escaped from the humanitarian agency. I have gone to my grannys
house in Medan, the atmospehre there were terrifying. My granny said that at least 300
inmates ran off from that humanitarian agency and the humanitarian officer asked the
citizen to stay calm with that situation.

officer quickly. After several minutes, The prisoners went out of the humanitarian
office, so many citizens didnt realize that those people were inmates.

from this accident. They used this situation to distract the humanitarian officers so they
could escape. Before they escaped, they had thrown the stones and many bottles to the
humanitarian officers to go out from the crowd in that jail. The humanitarian officers
called 15 fire truck . and fortunately the firefighters could handle it.

got information that at least 5 people was shot dead, 2 people were Humanitarian
officers . There were Hendra Rico Nobaho 35 years old , and Bona hotman situngkir 38
years old , and the others were the prisoners. The humanitarian officers were seeking
for the inmates in the North Sumatera Forest because the Inmates also hid in the big
forest. The forest is quite and it is perfect to hide from the threat that they would get.

were Ng Hui Tan Awi 48 years old, Jhon Gabriel Tarigan 26 years old, and Johanes
Leo situ morang 34 years old. Have you known this before, guys? I got some

wanted the remission because they never got it before after a long time they waited for

done before. But One of the minister of human right and law, had disputed about the
remission, he said that the main factors causing this problem were the electricity went
out and the water blocked to the government, beside that there isnt room anymore, so
the prisoners had to share with others.
Sholahuddin A : Based on the information that I get, it is true that the blackout and the blocked water is
the reason. Actually the payment that the humanitarian agency should pay is lower than
what the state electricity company staff asked for. Maybe this thing made the electricity
went out and did not work properly. Beside that their work isnt telling the truth about
the payment (maksudnya?). For this reason the government had given the amount of
money to the humanitarian officer to support their necessity.

administration here doesnt do well, their work was never done perfectly and so on.
Although the cause of this problem is about the electricity and blocked water, the
minister did the investigation to collect the exact information from the citizens who live
near the jail. The minister also took the humanitarians explanation about this incident.
But how about the humanitarian officer when there was a fire?
R.winda A : Yeah, youre right, everything can happen in this country. Oh, In that incident at least
there were 10 correctional staff who had been trapped in the jails. This could be,
because they couldnt go out because of fire going around. The firefighter also couldnt
contend this. Fortunately, 1 day later the 10 correctional staff could go out, with the
mercy there werent a big problem, they werent injured.

would find the others although they had to victimize what they had (maksud?). The
inmates escaped at about 17:30 when there werent many people going around, there
were the cops only. By the way guys, how could they go out from that jail? Were they
using a sharp thing to escape? And what did the cops do with that situation?.

Sholahuddin A : My granny who lives near the jail said that inmates had been angry and overthrew the
gate inside and broke down the door. The cops couldnt overcome this problem so one
of the prisoner burned their rooms. This situation became better for the inmates to
escape. They utilized the crowd to hide in the citizen that come to the humanitarian
officer. The inmates seized the citizens clothes , beside that they also stole the motor
cycle to escape to another city. The citizen hoped the cops for not only keeping the
road, but also they had to check the citizens residence.

Naofal Zulfi.U : Now, The cops is very confused of what they should do, because the administrations
room had been burned and the inmates identities were unknown. The correctional staff
had to work hard to get all of the inmates names who had run off. However, there were
also the inmates who didnt escape because of their resistance period were less than 1
year, they were afraid the humanitarian officer will elongate their resistance period.

Nurista Adenia : All of the cops did raid in the different street checking the inmates who escaped from
the jails. They checked not only the driving license but also the occupation and where
they live. They find it not only in medan but also in the other city in North Sumatra.
They also find the prisoner in the other country like Malaysia, Singapore, and the other
countries.

R.winda A : 1 day after the incident, the humanitarian officers could catch 60 people. And after
that, there were 106 people found. They were also 20 humanitarian officers who needed
to be moved from humanitarian tanjung medan to Pemantangsiar. They convince the 20
prisoners to obey the rule in the new humanitarian agency. 18 until 20 people was
involved in drug cases.
Sholahuddin A : The humanitarians effort were sharing inmates picture by using social networking like
FB, BBM, and twitter. In my opinion, they had done what they had to do. They had
tried hard to find what they have not found yet. The citizen was very fascinated in using
the social networking so their information could be sent quickly.
R.winda A : Their family visited the humanitarian to know inmates condition in that jails. The
humanitarian officer informed to their family to support what the humanitarian officers
have done. The humanitarian officer expected inmates family to persuade them to
come back to the humanitarian to continue the unfinished punishment.
Nurista Adenia : based on my opinion, inmates family had to be patient with the citizens condition
because the inmates made the citizen worried because they escaped from the
humanitarian. So that, the humanitarian officer expected to help them finding inmates in
all of the city.
Naufal Zulfi U : inmates who had escaped from the humanitarian robed the citizen clothes, it made the
humanitarian officer felt confused to find inmates who had escaped. The humanitarian
officer shot inmates using the tear gas when they were trying to escape. The
humanitarian officer did it carefully, because those rooms were dark because of the
blackout.

there were people asking about the fire gun. But one of the humanitarian officer, Bagus
Kurniawan said the fire gun hadnt been stolen, but the fire gun had been burned before
the incident happen, inmates hadnt thought about the gun because the fire that had
spread quickly. He convinced that there wasnt any gun which had been stolen because
the weapon storehouse had burned.
Sholahuddin A : Yeah, I know it. I also had read in the internet, 43 fire gun in the humanitarian medan
also had been burned. This made the humanitarian spend a lot of money for this
incident. They had to fix the humanitarian office and the fire gun which has been
