The wheat and rice department of Louis Dreyfus China is committed to enhancing business activities and providing its customers with up-to-the-minute information
about the grain markets. We have offices in wheat producing and consuming countries with timely, accurate, delicate and comprehensive international market
information.
The wheat department has maintained business contacts and information exchanges with large domestic trading companies and flour mills for many years. We are
frequently invited to make presentations analyzing domestic and overseas grain markets at seminars held by Chinese grain industry associations and other related
organizations.

Over the past several years, we have actively assisted our headquarters in importing and exporting both wheat and rice partnering with domestic grain trading
companies with whom we have established mutual trust and cooperative relationships.
We expect that with the full opening of Chinese grain markets we will enhance our cooperation with a greater number of grain trading companies and flour mills.
Cotton
A major cotton office has been established in Beijing to handle trading, merchandising and logistical support for both domestic and import cotton in China.
Louis Dreyfus Commodities (Beijing) Trading Co., Ltd. on behalf of Louis Dreyfus Commodities S.A. and Allenberg Cotton Co., offers cotton for import to
customers around the China.


It is also specialised in pricing, buying, classing, warehousing and delivering of domestic cotton. Equipped with up-to-date knowledge of cotton supply and
demand in major cotton growing and consumption areas Louis Dreyfus Commodities (Beijing) Trading Co., Ltd. has built up solid expertise in risk management
and futures markets. Standard contract terms are created for ease of transaction. Marketing strategies are customised to suit buyers' and sellers' needs.
Oil and Oilseed
The oilseeds division of the Louis Dreyfus Group trades and merchandises in all principal international markets. This division's activities include origination,
processing and aggregation for export in primary agricultural production centers and the shipment, import and domestic distribution in local consumption markets
throughout the world. The Group handles oilseeds and oilseed products, including soybeans, canola, rapeseed, cottonseed and sunflower among others. It also
merchandises agricultural by-products derived from processing.


Local supply and demand information, covering all producing and consuming countries of the world, is compiled and maintained on a continuing basis. Louis
Dreyfus consistently ranks among the largest merchants of oilseeds in the world. It's annual volume has represented approximately 15 percent of total world
trade.
Crushing and Refining

The Group has extensive oilseed crushing and refining operations in South America, where it is the third largest oilseed processor in the region. In Argentina, the
Group owns and operates the General Lagos crushing plant and port facility on the Parana River with deep-water access for large export-bound, ocean-going
vessels. With a crushing capacity of 12,000 tons a day, it is one of the largest and most efficient plants in the world. In Brazil, The Group owns and operates
oilseed crushing facilities with a combined crushing capacity of over 8,000 tons a day and a combined oil refining capacity of over 1000 tons a day. Also, The
Group operates 2 facilities in China, located in Bazhou (Hebei) and Zhangjiagang (Jiangsu).
Processing facilities in North America and Europe, complete the footprint of The Group on the World marketplace.

Freight

party business. Today we operate a fleet of more than 100 vessels with vessel sizes ranging from handy to cape, trading globally across all major oceans. With our

oriented shipping service and in-depth market insight.

Sugar
LouisDreyfus is one of the leading sugar trading companies with excellent reputation in the world sugar market. The headquarter of sugar division is in Geneva
and it controls the world raw/white cash sugar trading through domestic agencies in over 50 countries. Meanwhile, Louisdreyfus now becomes the second largest
sugar producer in Brazil with continuous assets investment.

After many years of business cooperation, we have built good and solid relationship with customers in America, Central East, Africa and Southeast Asia, etc.,
And we have superiority and increased influence on cash trading and consistent position in NYBOT and London futures market with the support from the
company's own sugar mills in brazil and freight team.

Louisdreyfus ( Beijing ) Trading Company was founded in 2006 and since then his employee scale increased to 150 in the past years with the fast business
expansion. China sugar team, as one of the most import department of Louisdreyfus Beijing, grow quickly and made a great success in the past two years. As we
gradually moving closer to the Chinese market and get more and more involved, we have built good relationship with many refineries and sugar trading groups in
China, and we will further the cooperation in domestic cash and international processing trade in the future .
Metal
We originate, consolidate, export and transport to destination a number of different metals, including copper, zinc, and lead concentrates, copper blister and
refined base metals.
Our strategy involves investing in resources and developing our interests in the metals value chain. This includes managing product off-takes and assisting in risk
mitigation. In Canada, Mexico, Peru, and Namibia we are counterparty to long-term off-takes.
In Namibia, we operate a warehouse and are engaged in an important supply and off-take agreement with a smelter.
The Metals team has developed a strong presence in the market, helped by the reputation and capabilities of the Louis Dreyfus Commodities research function.
Through more recent contracts we have opened the door for future transactions in copper concentrates, blister and cathodes in the growing markets of the Middle
East and Africa.
We have expanded our involvement in the origination of concentrates through warehousing and other opportunities across the logistics chain. In Singapore, we
have purchased a 51% stake in GKE, a logistics service provider.
