How to Translate Portal Content
Step by Step Solution
Here I am explaining very simple steps with the help of some screen shots.
1. Creating Worklists
Procedure
1. Navigate to Content Administration >Portal Content Translation >Translation Worklist Coordination
2. From the context menu of a portal content folder, choose New >Translation Worklist
3. In Step1, enter the value name, id, prefix, master language, description
4. Choose Next
5. In Step2, the Summary page, check the entries you made and choose Finish.


2. Assigning Texts and Releasing Worklists
Procedure
1. In the Portal Catalog, click objects whose text parts you want to add to the worklist
2. From the context menu, choose New >Add object to translation worklist
3. Choose Generate Translation Data
4. Choose Release for Translation

3. Translation Texts and Publishing Translations
Procedure
1. Navigate to Content Administration >Portal Content Translation >Worklist Translation
2. Search Worklist that you created and Choose.
3. Select Source Language and Target Language
4. Choose Load for Translation

5. Select Portal Content you want to translate, enter the Target Text
6. Choose Next
7. Repeat 5-6
8. Choose Mark as Translated

9. Navigate to Content Administration >Portal Content Translation >Translation Worklist Coordination
10. Double click Translation Worklist that you made
11. Choose Publish Translation
