Course Objectives and Technician Skill Level Profile:
These objectives are like a road map for the learning activities you will experience during the training course. Please read them thoroughly to
familiarize yourself with the course content. The Technician Skill Level Profile is used as a personal evaluation of the skill level and
knowledge you possess on the product as evaluated against the course objectives.
Pre/Post Test Assessment
The pre/post test assessment has been developed from the course content. It will be used to assess your knowledge both before and after
the training course. This will assess your knowledge of some of the key points of your learning experience.
Course Evaluation
The course evaluation form will be completed at the end of the week. We would appreciate an honest evaluation and any remarks you may want
to share.
Your feedback will assist us in providing courses that meet your training needs.

After the results of these assessments are recorded, this report is sent to you. Upon receipt we ask that you review the results with the
student. Your investment in this training should result in better on-the-job performance, increased shop profitability, better customer
satisfaction and increased product performance.

The Technician Skill Level Profile is designed to do three things:
1) Determine the student's present level of product knowledge.
2) Inform the student of the course objectives.
3) Evaluate the student's development towards higher skill levels after the training course.
Please pay careful attention to the descriptions of the four skill levels and the technicians starting point to the program as established by the
student. After course completion, a general trend should be found toward higher skill levels. Please review this Service Training Profile with
the technician upon it's receipt.
