Marketing:

-Devising innovative methods for reaching out to more and more target audience.
-Increasing the number of Auto Drivers associated with Tele Rickshaw to the optimum level for
maximum output.
-Devising a rigorous marketing strategy interspersed with innovation.
-Carrying out market research to know consumers tastes, preferences, needs and expectations.
-To research the potential Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT).
-Devising strategies for brand building.
-Understand the nature and scope of potential new markets.

Finance:
-Coordinate the planning and execution of budgets. Identify inefficiencies in the execution of budget.
-Prepare complex financial reports as mandated by the management.
-Monitor and evaluate pre-paid booth income, on-call booking income, vendor payments and other cash
flows.
-Perform analysis of cash flow and budgets to assess financial solvency and accountability and
recommend solutions for appropriateness to ensure financial stability.
-Study and evaluate operations cost and come up with ways to minimise them.
-Use financial modelling to build future expansion plans and projections.


Business Development:
-Devise ways for building a robust revenue model. Explore more avenues for revenues.
-Develop the existing revenue models into more efficient ones by minimising their inefficiencies.
-Devise strategies for expansion and scaling-up.
-Study the SWOT analysis of Tele Rickshaw for expansion in new markets.
-Identify key stakeholders that Tele Rickshaw can leverage.
-Reaching out to Venture Capitalists/Angel Investors for scaling-up.
-Preparation of reports of recommendations for revenue model building and expansion.

Operations:
-Monitoring and tracking progress to goals through data analysis to ensure accuracy and consistency of
decision making as well as ensuring efficiency of operational process.
-Quality Control for both, Tele-Callers and Auto Drivers through training and support.
-Devising plethora of ways for a robust Customer Relations Building.
-Chalking out plans for working on the upliftment of Auto Drivers and their families, which is done
through their social and financial inclusion for example, providing them insurance and bank accounts.
- Strategizing the organization of the wives of the Auto Drivers into Micro Finance arrangements.
-Increasing the efficiency of the recurring activities by improving the process flow.

HRM:
-Categorisation process of Auto Drivers associated with Tele Rickshaw to assign them relevant jobs
according to their capabilities.
-Handling and managing the employees as well as the fleet of Auto Rickshaws.
-Relation building with Auto Drivers by understanding their grievances and constant motivation.

Apart from the regular management profiles, we are also dedicated to infuse the element of Social
Responsibility in our internees. They will get ample amount of exposure to social activities and theyll
be tasked to present innovative ideas for our frequent social welfare initiatives and also to organize and
conduct these activities first hand. They will also get a chance to work closely with government bodies
and administration which will develop in them a deeper understanding of governance and its
