My e,tension program deals 7ith issues related to physiological changes
of dairy animals, 7ith an emphasis on cattle and goats. Copics include
heat stress and reproduction. Feed formulation technology, Guality and
nutritional !alue of ingredients, efficacy of feed additi!es and nutritional
factors that affect enteric de!elopment, increase tolerate to hot climate,
impro!e health and immunity are in my considerations.

Resear$% Interests:
My research interests complement my e,tension acti!ities% applied
physiological research of dairy production and utili<ation of agricultural
co5products as feed ingredients for li!estoc8. Most of my research is done
in the follo7ing areas&2 En.ironmental P%ysiolo+y% Anti heat stress
substances affect the performance and enteric metabolic changes. )2
