INTRODUCTION: Washing clothes is as necessary as food and shelter. Clothing is one of the basic needs in our daily life. Without clothes we cannot make our living. In our busy life, of atleast two pay cheques per family we are unable to allocate time for washing clothes. For this reason maid- servants came into picture. Many hassels are being faced by the people during the course of these servants. As a result, people tend to burst out: "I'll never let these Dhobis wash my clothes again. The problem is, these servents are not punctual, demand high wages, low quality output, e.t.c." Thus the business is all about setting up a Laundry Service which will cater the needs of common man. Target market are the people in and around the city of Hyderabad. The Salaries of the workers every year increases by Rs.1000. The Maintenance and Ingredients also increase by Rs.5000 every year. Here a second-hand van is purchased for Rs.400000.
