1.0 INTRODUCTION

Girbo Enterprise
NATURE OF BUSINESS
This company offer water services and food services to conform to customers specifications
and needs. We believe that most people nowadays need water and food because majority of
them are like to eat and drink, expecially at the weather hot day. Girbo Enterprise is a new
company and locally own by students of University Malaysia Kelantan and will be positioned as
the most choosen company in University Malaysia Kelantan through our creative approach and
presentation. With reasonable price and a wide variety of foods and drinking water to choose
from Girbo Enterprise will be answer to the demand of fast food and drinking water that can be
comsumed at anytime and anywhere. We hope that by providing these services, all people can
get services from our company.
INDUSTRY PROFILE
Girbo Enterprise is a business of making food and drinking water for customer according to
their life.
LOCATION OF BUSINESS
Girbo Entreprise is located at University Malaysia Kelantan. The location is strategic because it
is at the centre of housing area where there are primary school, secondary school and
polytechnic. It is also at the centre of a community area where that provides all accommodation
that all people need. Other than that, this location has sufficient parking lots. This location is a
big area.

FACTOR IN SELECTING THE PROPOSED VENTURE
We have decided to establish the drinking water and food due to opportunity and potential to
make profits at the University Malaysia Kelantan area. Besides that, there are several reasons
that attracted me to this business and its location. Altogether, there are three reasons why we
decided to establish Girbo Enterprise.
Firstly, we observe that there are many people in this area. Such, lecturer, staff and
students of University Malaysia Kelantan. Many of them will need drinking water and food
every day. We assume that all of them will require our service in this area because in University
Malaysia Kelantan not have a lot of shop that sell food and drinking water like our services.
Secondly, the reason is to enable our product to compete with other competitors. We
know that have any company also sell the same product with us. But we will use some
technique to attract many customers.
Lastly, the reason that we decided is because our product is low cost in production. We
not use a lot of cost because we just use water and some fruits to make a drinking water and
we just use fast food.











2.0 PURPOSED OF PREPARING A BUSINESS PLAN
This business plan is prepared as a guide for managing the proposed business venture drinking
water and food. This business plan is prepared by Girbo Enterprise for the obtaining approval to
run a business activity at University Malaysia Kelantan. Other than that, this business plan also
enable us to apply what we have been though in our Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship course
while give us a chance to have a new experience and gain a priceless knowledge about business
and entrepreneurial world. In preparing this business in order to achieve the companys goal.
This business plan is also prepared for an amount of RM 200.00.

Physical Location
Girbo Entreprise is located University Malaysia Kelantan, Karung Berkunci No.01,16300
Bachok. Generally, the premise is the shop situated in the University Malaysia Kelantan and
institution area with many facilities nearby.
Price of premise
Since of premise is a commercial business premise owned by University Malaysia
Kelantan, the rent is lower than market rate. Expenses for the rent cost about RM50 per week.
Distance from the source of raw material
We get the raw materials from supplies around the Bachok, Kelantan area. Our main
supplier is company fast fries Supplier which located at Bachok, Kelantan. The suppliers always
guarantees that the material are not faulty.
Availability of manpower
Since this business required skilled workers, in the search foe available manpower needs
to be expended to other areas. I plan to maintain the number of workers in the first year and
search for more staff from local training institutes in Bachok.
Transportation facilities
Customers can reach our premise by bus, taxi, motorcycle, and walk. The location is also
convenient for our supplier to deliver the raw material. The location also is easy to customer
find us.
Distance from customers
Our company is located 100 meters from the nearest housing and school which makes it
very easy to frequent.

Our companys objective are :
To sale our product to all communities regardless of face and
age.
To establish the company Girbo Entreprise in University
Malaysia Kelantan because in Bachok does not have special
shop that just sale fast food and drinking water.
To help facilitate people in University Malaysia Kelantan does
not require a long time to get fast food and drinking water.

Girbo Enterprise is involved in the service industry. We believe that our countrys
economy which is expanding positively plays its part in the development of Girbo enterprise.
With the increasing number of people in the community, Girbo enterprise is able to take
advantage of this development by offering fast food and drinking water services to them. By
coming out with high quality service, we sure that our business will be able to compete with
other competitors in the University Malaysia Kelantan area.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This marketing plan was prepared by our company/group for the enterprenuers week
programme by selling food product and drinking water like popia, fish ball, and sausage.

The target market of Girbo Enterprise is comprised of the residents of the University
Malaysia Kelantan, Karung Berkunci No.01, 16300 Bachok, Kelantan such as lecturer, staf ,
