Air-driven Grease Pumps

Instructions for use

Safety recommendations

The operating instructions should always be followed.

NEVER point the grease gun at people or animals.
Assure that the pressure in the air inlet hose is not above 8 bars.
Replace any damaged hoses immediately.
After use always disconnect the air inlet hose and release
pressure from the grease pump by operating the grease gun.
Protect all hoses against damage and excessive heat.
Before maintenance always remove the air pressure from the
grease pump (disconnect the air inlet hose and release pressure
from the filler pump by operating the grease gun).
Inspection and maintenance work may only be done by qualified
personnel.

SKF LAGG 50A & 180A

1. Application
The SKF LAGG 50A and LAGG 180A are air operated grease pumps
suitable for 50 or 180 kg drums with any greases of an NLGI class
0, 1 or 2.

2. Description
The pneumatically operated grease pump is fully automatic. By
operating the grease gun handle the grease will automatically be
discharged. As soon as the handle is released the grease discharge is
automatically stopped.
Note: It is recommended to include a pressure valve in the air inlet. This
will increase the working life of the grease pump mechanism.
