Replace any damaged hoses immediately.
After use always disconnect the air inlet hose and release pressure
from the grease pump by operating the grease gun.
Protect all hoses against damage and excessive heat.
Before maintenance always remove the air pressure from the
grease pump (disconnect the air inlet hose and release pressure

1. Application
The SKF LAGG 18A is a mobile, air operated grease pump suitable for
18 kg drums with any greases of an NLGI class 0, 1 or 2.

2. Description
The pneumatically operated grease pump is fully automatic. By
operating the grease gun handle the grease will automatically
discharged.
As soon as the handle is released the grease discharge is automatically
stopped.
For full mobility the grease pump is placed on a specially developed
trolley.
Note: It is recommended to include a pressure valve in the air inlet.
This will increase the working life of the grease pump mechanism.

screw.
7. Assemble the trolley and put the grease keg on the triangular base.

12. Check that none of the hoses are damaged and replace any
damaged hoses immediately.
13. Connect the air inlet hose to the quick connection nipple on the
grease pump. Check that the air inlet pressure is not above
8 bars (120 psi).
14. Open the grease gun handle until grease is discharged from the
gun. All the air has now been removed from the grease gun and the
grease pump is ready for use.

6. After use
1. Disconnect the air inlet hose.
2. Release the air pressure from the grease pump by operating the
grease gun handle.
3. Assure that after use the grease is discharged in an environmentally
friendly way.
