BIOLOGIA
A trajetria e o contagio do vrus da Gripe Suna
A pandemia est a instalada no mundo,
deixando as pessoas com medo de um ser vivo
microscpico e mutante da Gripe Suna.
A mutao do vrus se d pela cpsula externa
que tem duas protenas: Hemaglutina (H) e
Neuraminidase (N), mudando as caractersticas
infecciosas do ser vivo(vrus). Dessa forma , essa
mutao a causadora da capacidade de
infeccionar gravemente os seres humanos.
O vrus que est atuando nos seres humanos
uma mistura de material gentico de vrus que
infeccionaram aves e porcos na sua trajetria ao
longos de anos, por isso o vrus um velho
conhecido. Com o DNA ou RNA com os trs
segmentos surge a Nova Gripe A ou Gripe Suna.
A Influenza A subtipo H1N1, que tambm
conhecida como A (H1N1), um subtipo de
Influenza Vrus A (influenzavirus), que o vrus influenza (gripe) mais comum que ataca os
seres humanos.
A Influenza A H1N1, constituda pela palavra Influenza que uma palavra que vem da lngua
italiana, e significa Influncia (em latim, Influentia), onde a palavra Gripe vem do francs
Grippe, que equivalente a influenza, que a gripe comum. Ou seja, o termo popular Gripe,
mas o termo um pouco mais tcnico Influenza.
Levando isso em considerao, a Influenza A H1N1, constituda da palavra Influenza, que quer
dizer Gripe, seguida da constituio H1N1, onde a letra H refere-se a uma protena chamada
hemaglutinima e a letra N refere-se protena neuraminidase.
A Influenza A H1N1, tambm conhecida como Gripe Suna ou Gripe A, um subtipo que deu
origem a uma mutao a vrias estirpes (grupos, linhagem, origem, raas, tipos) de vrus da
gripe, incluindo a estirpe da Gripe Espanhola que atualmente extinta.
Da forma tcnica, a Influenza A H1N1 a fuso e mutao de vrias estirpes, onde trs so
principais, a estirpes moderadas de gripe humana comum, estirpes endmicas de gripe suna e
vrias estirpes encontradas em aves.
Ou seja, de uma forma mais bsica para que todos possam entender, a Influenza A H1N1 uma
mutao, um vrus novo, um vrus que surgiu da fuso do vrus da gripe humana comum, vrus da
gripe suna e o vrus da ave.

Contaminando as clulas dos seres humanos, o novo vrus no reconhecido pelo o sistema
imunolgico e dar-se-a contaminao, veja no quadro abaixo:

Ela transmitida igual uma gripe comum: partculas de saliva no ar, secreo nasal. E comeam a
aparecer os sintomas de quatro a cinco dias aps a infecco.
Os sintomas so:
- Tosse, irritao dos olhos, coriza, Dor de cabea;
- Febre alta e repentina;
- Dor nos msculos e nas articulaes.
Umas maneiras de evitar a contaminao da Gripe A
- Lavar as mos sempre com gua e sabo;
- Evitar tocas nos olhos, nariz, boca aps contato com superficies;
- Usar leno de papel descartvel;
- Proteger com leno a boca e nariz ao tossir ou espirrar;
- Orientar o doente para que evite sair de casa enquanto estiver no perodo de transmisso da doena, at
cinco dias aps o incio dos sintomas;
- Evitar lugares fechados e aglomerados, importante manter o ambiente ventilado e que receba luz do
solar que ajudar a eliminar os possveis agentes infecciosos;
- Restrio do ambiente de trabalho para evitar disseminao;
- Hbitos saudveis, alimentao balanceada, ingesto de lquidos e atividade fsica.
