HOW TO OPEN ACCESS


CLICK START
GOTO ALL PROGRAMS OR PROGRAMS
GOTO MICROSOFT OFFICE
THEN CLICK ON MICROSOFT OFFICE ACCESS
2007 or 2010

OR
CLICK

START

CLICK ON RUN
THEN TYPE MSACCESS
THEN PRESS ENTER OR CLICK OK

Create a New Database

1. Click on Blank
Database.

2. Click on Create.

CREATE A NEW TABLE

1. Click on Datasheet (Menu).
2. Click on New Field (Tools).
3. Select field by double click from the left side list.
4. Put data as per field and Save with name by
pressing Ctrl +S.

1. Click on Create.
2. Click on Table Templates.
3. Put data at given field and save with name by pressing
Ctrl +S.

MAKE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN

2 TABLES

1.Make two table with at list one common field under one Database and save
the both with different name .

3. Click on Relationship.

4. Click on Design.
5. Click on Show Table .
6. Select both table from the list one by one.
7. Click on Add after selecting table after both selected click close.

8. Click on Edit Relationship.
9. Click on Create New.

10. Select the both table at different side one by one.


11. Fix the common field at the second box of the both side.
12. Click on OK. & then click create
13. After this step the two table will have Relationship BRIDGE.

1. Click on Create.

2. Click on Report Wizard.


3. Select both table one by one at the Drop Down List.
4. Select the field of that Database which you want to insert on the Report and
then click on
to move that to the wizard. Repeat for another table.
5. Click Next 4 times repeatedly.

6. Select the Design.


7. Click on Next.
8. Type the Report name.
9. Click on Modify the report design.

10. Click Finish.

11. Modify the report with Text Colour, Size, Style change or insert
picture (Logo).
12. Press Ctrl +S to save. And then click on report icon to view report.

THEN TO CHECK PRINT PREVIEW


CLICK ON OFFICE ICON
THEN GOTO PRINT OPTION
THEN CLICK PRINT PREVIEW
