The case studies for process role play are mentioned below.
Instructions:
1. Divide your learning groups into 4 teams and distribute the 4 case studies be
tween these teams.
2. Each group should use EPW (Enterprise Process Web) and iQMS wiki ONLY for pre
paring a role play of not more than 10 mins. Avoid using generic internet conten
t.
3. Each group will be given only 10 mins to present.
4. Do not explain the terms EPC, VACD and ETVX. This mentioned for your informat
ion only.
Useful abbreviations:
EPC - Event Process Chain
VACD - Value Added Chain Diagram
ETVX - Entry criteria, Tasks, Verification and Validation, Exit criteria

For both case study 3 and 4, in case the given links don't open, you can try acc

2. Go to Contents tab.
3. Under Navigation Tree on the left side, follow the path:
