About Social Enterprise Research Center

Social Enterprise Research Center (www.serc-china.org) is the leading research

organization in China focusing on local social enterprise research, education
and training.

Founded in 2008, SERC has finished over 80 local social enterprise casestudies and launched 1st Social Enterprise White Paper in Boao Asia Forum.
Besides, SERC team has been teaching social entrepreneurship course in
Shanghai University of Finance and Economics for Master and MBA students
since 2012. Recently SERC was given a grant from Ford Foundation to pilot a
new rural social entrepreneurship program for college students. SERC also
partner with New York University, Lyon Business School, and University of
Toronto etc. for various international student seminar or conference.
