administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparing daily Manpower records, daily report, weekly report, and monthly report.

Obtaining daily attendance from the workers.

Distribute manpower to each site as per site requirement from the site supervisor.

Arranging night shift if required.

Coordination and facilitation for the transportation.

Process the gate passes for the staff/workers (Ex- RLIC, Refinery plants such as ORYX, Ras
Gas, Dolphin.etc)

Mobilizing and demobilizing the heavy equipment between the work yard and work site.

Act on providing the meals for site workers.

Arranging 3rd party safety training (such as H2S, confined space trainingsetc)

Arranging medical certificate for workers if requires.

Keep on track the time card for each employee.

Coordinate with supplier to deliver material at site and maintain the good received documents
with other necessary documents with updating.

Coordinate with sub-contractor and fulfill their needs.

Arranging 3rd party inspection for equipments.

Arranging site facilities (office, water, fuel..)

Hiring workers if required additional manpower.

Handling petty cash (for site expensive)

Records issuing of safety items.

Arranging RLIC accommodation.
