It is a great pleasure to be able to introduce the latest Petite Properties Newsletter!

As you will read Tony and I have been very busy in the PP office and work shop and as
a result we have lots of new kits to share with you all. With the Spring Miniatura Show
finally behind us, Tony and I realised that hidden by the haze of work the first quarter
of the year had already passed us by To say that 2013 has so far been a bit of a roller
coaster would be the politest of understatements! However, despite the drama there
has also been so much joy and last month we welcomed our
second grandchild, Noah into the world. After a very poorly
start I am deliriously happy to FINALLY be able to say those
immortal words; Mother and baby are both doing well
So as I sit here in a quietly reflective mood and with Easter
celebrations beckoning, may Tony and I wish you all the happiest
of times and I hope (like us) that you are able to enjoy what
is so important to us all our families!

Tony and I are delighted to announce the release of our brand new quarter scale 'Thimble Cottage'

1:48th Kit. This adorable little cottage was inspired by one of our favourite places in the world, Corfe Village
in Dorset, where tiny idyllic Purbeck stone cottages nestle together, around
the base of the iconic ruins of Corfe Castle.
Internally this Basic House Kit has two ground floor rooms, plus a small loft
area accessed by a rustic style ladder. Thimble Cottage has both a fully
removable front elevation and front roof section, for ease of access.
The kit includes: 'full colour' step by step instructions, pre cut carcass,
external vernacular detailing, doors,
windows, glazing, etc

Dear Reader, we are delighted to announce the official release of our
St. Thomas Church Kit, which is the latest addition to our quarter
scale 360 Premier Collection.
Our St Thomas' Church kit includes: full colour step by step
instructions, pre cut carcass, external vernacular detailing, doors,
windows, internal detailing such as chancel screen, altar rail, 'stained
glass windows' plus much more.
The church has a fully removable main roof, (x2) side roofs, chancel
roof, bell tower roof. The front elevation (including porch), plus two
elevations of the bell tower are also fully removable for ease of
access.
