The 5th Malaysia Sudoku Championship is open to all citizens of M alaysia irrespective of age. All are welcome.

There are 6 categories of com petition The Entrance Fee per person per category is RM10.00 (TEN Ringgit).
Participants can walk in, pay the Entrance Fee, and take part on the day of competition, if seats are available.
Please come as early as possible. Walk-in participants will be registered on a First-Come-First-Served basis.
Please note that priority will be given to pre-registered participants who prepaid the Entrance Fee.
If you wish to reserve a seat for any category, please pre-register by emailing your Full Name, IC No., Mobile No.
and Championship Category to mysudokusociety@gmail.com, or by faxing these information plus your email
address to 03-7725 1492 using the form at the bottom. The Organizer strongly encourages pre-payment of the
Entrance Fee, in which case you will be guaranteed a seat.
Pre-payment of the Entrance Fee can be done by transferring / depositing the fee into Malaysia Sudoku Societys
bank account MAYBANK 5123 5231 0757. Please also fax the ATM / bank-in slip to 03-7725 1492 (please write
your name & IC no.), or email us a scan of the slip. The easiest way is to use online banking via M aybank, but
please quote our email address mysudokusociety@gmail.com during the transfer.
