2014s election cycle clearly showed that the battle to restore and protect voters rights must be fought on

many fronts: from courtrooms to colleges, from state houses to polling places, from press conferences to
grassroot gatherings, and myriad points in-between.
As the only national pro-liberty organization focused solely on election integrity, True the Vote stands often
stands alone on these fronts, like David against an army of Goliaths. Over 80 known organizations, including
special interest powerhouses like Project Vote, NAACP, Soros Open Society, AFL-CIO, and the US Department
of Justice, collude to work against us and the freedoms we represent.
In 2014, we held them at bay, but we must be prepared for the full scale battle about to begin in the
upcoming presidential cycle.

IN TRAINING AND EDUCATION

Election integrity and poll observer training inspired election
worker participation in key communities, particularly on college
campuses. Thousands of liberty minded students were engaged in
True the Vote programs. The presence of engaged observers
resulted in notably fewer problems on campus polling sites.

IN THE PUBLIC EYE

True the Vote maintained high profile presence in the press, generating over $5 million of dollars in
earned media on Election Day alone.
Cultivated a growing social network of followers to promote pro-liberty values in mainstream culture,
with recorded reach of over 69 million impressions on Twitter alone.

The challenges we will face in the days ahead .

Loretta Lynch, nominee for Attorney General to replace Eric Holder, announced the Administration's
intent to continue its onslaught of lawsuits against pro-liberty states and Secretaries of State - the
effect being to delay or prevent state supported election security standards like voter identification
requirements, removal of ineligible voters from voter rolls, refusal to extend voting rights to noncitizens, and other essential voter rights protections

dollars are already pouring in to anti-voters rights organizations to facilitate wide-spread messaging
campaigns using inflammatory race and class rhetoric with the goal of social psycho-fragmentation

expansion of voter registration opportunities are coming through federal programs, like the
application for enrollment in ACA programs, that do not support identity, citizenship, or residency
verification of applications, along with an increase in federally funded voter assistance programs,
providing extra assistance to ensure federal program registrants cast votes

national conferences are being promoted to bolster long term planning for:

- automated voter registration to universally register anyone listed in any federal government
database meeting voting age criteria

- lobbying for removal of state polling places and systems of checks and balances to be replaced with
mail-in or online voting.
- lobbying for expansion of early voting periods and same day voter registration
- lobbying to end the Electoral College

increased targeting and abuse of citizens and organizations who act in opposition to any of the above

Returning liberty to the people though free and fair elections is battle that rages long before and long
after Election Day. It is a battle never fully won. But if not fought, it can be fully lost.
