Producing Checks

Action
Begin by navigating to the Submit Request page.
Click the US Super HRMS Manager link.

Click the vertical scrollbar.

Click the Submit Processes and Reports link.

Use the Submit a New Request page to process a single request or request set. Single
requests are just the job you have defined in your parameters settings. Requests sets enable
you to process multiple requests and reports.

Click the OK button.

Use the Submit Request page to enter the general request or report parameters. These
parameters include the report title, operating unit, language, when to run the request or
report, and what to do with the output.

Enter the desired information into the Name field. Enter a valid value e.g. "Check
Writer".

Click in the Parameters field.

Use the Parameters page to enter the request parameters. These parameters will be used to
define the processing rules and data to be included when the report or request is run.

10.

If you want to produce checks for a payroll, then enter the payroll name.
Enter the desired information into the Payroll field. Enter a valid value e.g. "Vision
Monthly".

If you want to produce checks for a consolidation set, enter the consolidation set name.
Click in the Consolidation Set field.

12.

Click in the Start Date field.

13.

Enter a start date and end date to specify the period for which you want to produce checks.
Enter the desired information into the Start Date field. Enter a valid value e.g. "01-OCT2007".

Enter the desired information into the End Date field. Enter a valid value e.g. "31-OCT2007".

Enter the desired information into the Payment Method field. Enter a valid value e.g.
"Check".

Click in the Check Style field.

Enter the desired information into the Check Style field. Enter a valid value e.g. "Payroll
Check".

18.

Click in the Start Check Number field.

19.

Enter the desired information into the Start Check Number field. Enter a valid value e.g.
"400".

Click the OK button.

Click the Submit button.

Click the No button.

You can view the report or output of the request you submitted using the Requests page.
Click the Processes and Reports list item.

Click the Open button.

25.

Click the View Requests list item.

26.

Click the Open button.

27.

Use the Find Requests page to search for specific requests.

Click the Find button.

29.

Use the Requests page to view the status of submitted report or request processes.

30.

Click in the Name field.

31.

Once the request status Phase is Completed, you can view the details of the report.
Click the View Output button to view your report.
