ABSTRACT
Person is the subject of interest not only among psychologists and psychiatrists, but also among teolog, lawyers and criminologists. Phenomenological
expression of personality is the behavior that maybe socially unacceptable of
criminal. Study of personality based on their delinqvent behavior is the standard method used by forensic psychiatry and criminology. Psychological traits,
wich condition mans behavior are expressed individually and specifically.
Each individual carries cocek traits that differ in terms of character, temperament, emotional, intellectual sphere and other properties. Aggression is a fundamental feature of human behavior in times and in all communities. Murder
of the social, biological and psychological phenomena. Aggression makes its
essence as a generator of violence. Murder is the negation of life, in a cruel and
brutal way. There is only one essential characteristic of the term someone
has killed someone. Modern forensic psychiatric studies seek to idetify factors
homicidale. For most of those who commit murder is not a model of behavior
and adaptation to life circumstances, but game time. Relationship between perpetrator and victim is much more complicated than the rough caracterization
of the criminal code. These are two human beings. As soon as you get closer
to each other are put in movement interactions, many dislikes, and many attractions.
