A. 5. The Vision clearly reflects what the Institution hopes to be in the future.
A. 6. The Mission clearly reflects the Institution's legal and educational mandate.
A. 7. The Goals are clearly stated, and are consistent with the Mission of the Institution.
A. 8. The Objectives clearly state the expected outcomes in terms of competencies (skills and
knowledge), values and other attributes of the graduates which include the development of:
A. 8. 1. technical skills in Undergraduate Teacher Education;
A. 8. 2. research and extenesion capabilities;
A. 8. 3. students' own ideas, desirable attitudes and personal discipline;
A. 8. 4. moral character;
A. 8. 5. critical thinking skills; and
A. 8. 6. aesthetic and cultural values.
A. 9. The VMGO contains the following provisions:
A. 9. 1. for training of globally competitive teachers who are:
A. 9. 1. 1. imbued with ideals of Philippine life;
A. 9. 1. 2. equipped with pedagogical knowledge and skills;
A. 9. 1. 3. effective empathizers of organized knowledge to allow analytical and critical thinking;
A. 9. 1. 4. efficient facilitators of learning; and
A. 9. 1. 5. committed humanists.
A. 9. 2. to meet the needs of professional teachers.
B. Dissemination and Acceptability

B. 1. The Vision and Mission statements, Goals and Objectives are printed in bulletin boards,
catalogs/manuals and other forms of communication media and are readily available.
The Administrators and Faculty
B. 2. The administrators/faculty members are aware of the Vision and Mission of the Institution, and the
Goals of the College/Department of Undergraduate Teacher Education.
B. 3. The faculty understand and accept the Objectives of the Program.
B. 4. There is faculty participation in the formulation, review and/or revision of the VMGO.
The Staff
B. 5. The staff are aware of the Vision and Mission of the Institution and the Goals and Objectives of the
College and the Program, respectively.
B. 6. There is staff participation in the formulation, review and/or revision of the VMGO.
B. 7. The staff accept the responsibility of realizing the objectives that are relevant to their particular
work.
The Students
B. 8. The students are aware of the Vision and Mission of the Institution.
B. 9. The students understand and accept the Objectives (Outcomes) of their program.
B. 10. There is student participation in the formulation, review and revision of the VMGO.
Other Stakeholders
B. 11. Representatives of cooperating agencies, linkages, alumni, industry representatives, and other
concerned organizations/groups participate in the formulation, review and/or revision of the VMGO.
Congruency and Implementation
C. 1. There is congruency between actual educational practices and activities, and all of the following:

C. 1. 2. goals of the College/Department of Undergraduate Teacher Education; and
C. 1. 3. objectives of the Undergraduate Teacher Education Program.

(VMGO).

4. Documents/Materials containing statements of VMGO.
5. Minutes of meetings conducted to formulate, review or revise the VMGO.
6. Programs and activities showing students' participation in the dissemination of the VMGO.
7. Research work/study conducted showing awareness and acceptance of the VMGO.
8. SUC Charter.
9. University/College Code.
