To help me learn more about you and some of your interests, please create one page
bio-sheet on yourself. Please include the following components in the following order;
1. Name:
a. Your full name
2. Preferred Name:
a. If there is another name you would be preferred to be called in class,
please list here. Example rather than William you prefer Bill or rather
than Samantha you prefer Sam.
3. Hometown:
a. If outside Ontario, list your province. If outside Canada, list country.
4. B.Tech Program Stream:
a. List your focus AVT, BIO or PAT
5. Picture of Yourself:
a. Make sure its a picture that I can clearly see your face i.e. no
sunglasses or hat unless its headwear for religious/cultural reasons.
b. Make it large enough so I dont need magnifying glass and please ensure
its appropriate for the purpose outlined above.
c. Please put this in the top right corner of the sheet.
6. Interests within Technology/Engineering:
a. What interests you most within your field of study, such as what course
material/concepts do like the most or research within your stream that you
find very interesting.
7. Dream Job
a. Fast forward a number of years after you have graduated. What would
you like to be doing? What type of contribution to what to make on
society.
8. Interests outside Engineering/Academic Studies:
a. This could include any type of sports, clubs, and hobbies you participate
in during your free time. Anything that you do regenerate yourself outside
of your studies.
b. You can include volunteer interests, however dont include part-time jobs.
c. Again please ensure its appropriate for the reasons outlined above.
