from the Zurich Offshore Manager and the Zurich Process Head for consistently ac
hieving 100% quality without any missed for Q4 and 2012.
For delivering a 100% Blue quarter to close out the Contract Year which translat
ed to the best quarter for delivery on record since relationship started.
Team worked on a business critical enhancement & delivered quality solutions ahe
ad of time and received exceptional feedback from the client.
CBRE HRMS & FSCM support demonstrates in-depth application knowledge and strong
technical skills, delivers high quality results in timely manner. Team is reliab
le and flexible. Team has received appreciation and accolades from IT VP, CIO, C
FO and all top management from client organization.
The UKGI quality team was set a target of 0.25% revised from 0.50% in Q 2 this y
ear. The team which comprises of 13 individual LOB s took this up as a challenge
to meet the requirement. The performance for the last quarter has remained excep
tionally focused, with the center score recorded consistently below 0.10% for ov
er four months in a row.

This team went live in August. PPI team has achieved 7.16% from Aug-Oct against
the target of 7.5%. They also received Client appreciations. Their AHT in August
was at 520 sec and has reduced to 334 sec in October 2013. The Team has lived b
y the Mphasis values.

Team achieved 99% score in the client assessment (Control Inspection for the TD)
. Operations Advisory Visit conducted by the client Governance and Operations So
lutions.
High quality of testing of the RCU application modified to accommodate ASB bank
has led to no Sev1 or Sev 2 or no other code changes required to the RCU applica
tion after go live has made the client extremely happy.
Mphasis achieved the CMMI multi model Level -5 for both services and development
which puts MphasiS in a league of very few companies who have successfully got
both their certifications together. We started this journey in Dec 2011, about 2
0 months ago! At that time, we had CMMI Level 5 rating for Development (Ver 1.2)
and CMMI Level 3 rating for Services for Apps. High maturity prescribes usage o
f statistical management of projects & business using prediction models, regress
ion equations to influence the leading indicators to achieve the outcome as expe
cted by the client and MphasiS. The quality function led this journey along with
delivery teams and support functions.
Delivered results beyond customer expectation resulting in additional project bi
lling for 8 resources. The team fetched 8 additional billing worth around $96k t
o Mphasis.
This team designed and developed debugging tools in prolog language which helps
the tracing and debugging the Fares application which has complex structures. Th
ese tools helped to overcome the limitations in the existing debugging tool whic
h are available in the UNIX environment.
VALIC mainframe team has developed a data correction automation tool which has a
chieved the cost savings of $112,000 so far.

The ZNA UWSS team has been delivering consistent results in terms of TAT and Qua

nt initiatives which has led to successive activities each week. Overall, the te
am has showcased its abilities to deliver Customer Delight, contribute to CSR an

Team is achieving SLA over and above the client expectations. Quality is consist
ently above 99.50% from the account go live to till date. 0% attrition from Jan
2013 to till date. No processors were on PDAP or terminated on non-performance i
ssues. Zero revenue leakage on clients specified billable head count. Team also
received a exceptional written feedback from the senior VP stating that this is
the Best Tax season ever seen in the last 10 years

BP Wintel patching team have been doing outstanding job quarter on quarter, in l
ast quarter all the Emergency release patches were deployed on all the Terminal
servers with 100% success rate, team achieved 100% success rate for most critica
l client segment (IST) in BP account, Team implemented quarterly release patchin
g for 9000+ servers manually with exceeding the customer expectations, team has
automated emergency release patching by 90%, team has been appreciated multiple
times by BP Client & HP.
