You get to work in an informal environment with friendly people who are

Current Employee - Senior Technical Architect in Hyderbd (India)

I have been working at WHISHWORKS full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

They have the latest technology and development projects to work here. Unless other
big companies which work on scheduled maintenance work, these guys have 90%
development experience. If you would like to grease your IT skills from architecture to
implementation, this is one of the best place to work. Almost all the mid level
employees are getting onsite trips based on their merit and who have good
communication skills.

Cons

Small company and so has all the small company features.

Advice

Require frequent team meetings and team lunch.

Regular hike
No stretching hours, comfortable working hours
No weekend extra work
Regular team outing
Direct access to the Senior Management
Profit is shared with all employees
Office is in prime location
Good support and motivation for beginners

WHISHWORKS is an organization which has worked with high level of accuracy and
work productivity.
The management here displays The Team Player attitude and views individual
success as imperative to group success.
Work tends to get easier with a cordial manager who is always willing to help his subordinates.
The organization as a whole has a competent and efficient demeanor while dealing
with clients, public and its employees. Here, every experience proves to be a turning
point. And we end up learning while we are earning which indirectly enriches the work
productivity.

Pros

It's a great place to be in, especially considering the breadth of technologies the
company is specialized in and the innovative ideas the senior management bring to
the table, attracts both customer's and employees feel proud off. Company offers
flexible working options along with direct interaction with executive board members in
providing honest feedback and thereby contributing to the growth of both employer
and employee

Cons

Company needs to start looking at expanding middle management, especially

considering the growth and expansion plans
