THE NRA SWEEPSTAKES (SWEEPSTAKES) BEGINS AT 9:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") ON 1/1/14 AND ENDS AT 11:59 PM ET
ON 6/30/15 (ENTRY PERIOD).
ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States & Washington D.C., age 21 years or older. Subject to all applicable federal & state & local laws & regulations. Void where prohibited by
law. Governed by U.S. law. Employees & their immediate families (parents, children, spouse, siblings) of the National Rifle Association of America (NRA) ("the Sponsor"), its advertising & promotion
agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, retailers, subsidiaries, sales representatives and/or distributors, & their immediate families, & those living in the same household (whether
related or not) are not eligible to enter.
TO ENTER: The method of entry you select to use must be one of those indicated in your offer presentation: Method #1: Complete & return the Official Entry Form (mail-in entry) per
instructions provided elsewhere in this offer or complete the Official Entry Form if offered at an event or a retail location (deposited entry); deposit in entry receptacle. Method #2: If the option to
enter online (Primary online entry) is mentioned in this offer, visit the URL indicated & follow all online entry instructions to enter the Sweepstakes. Limit: One Primary online entry per person or
email address per day. Method #3: If the option to enter through Facebook (Facebook entry) is mentioned elsewhere in this offer, you must Like the NRA Facebook page in order to proceed to
enter the Sweepstakes by completing and submitting the Sweepstakes entry form posted on the NRA Facebook page (Primary Facebook entry). Limit: One Primary Facebook entry per person per
day. For both Methods #2 and #3: All online entry notices posted at website apply, including but not limited to the Sponsors Privacy Policy. Online and Facebook entries are deemed to be made by
authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. Method #4: After youve entered the Sweepstakes via Method #2 and/or #3, you may also be offered the opportunity to
invite up to five friends who meet eligibility requirements herein to enter the Sweepstakes (Referral entry). You will receive one Referral entry for each friend you refer (up to five per day per entry
method #2 or #3, i.e. up to a maximum of ten per day), when he or she subsequently enters the Sweepstakes. Only complete and valid entries as determined by the Sponsor and/or its judges will
be eligible for entry into the Sweepstakes. If two or more persons refer the same friend and the friend responds by attempting to enter more than once using more than one referrer's name, only
the referrer whose name is associated with the FIRST entry will be given a Referral entry into the Sweepstakes. Method #5: If the option to enter via telephone (telephone entry) is offered, follow
all instructions to submit the requested entry information. Method #6: If the option to enter via text message (text message entry) is mentioned elsewhere in this offer, follow text message entry
instructions. To do so, you must be a wireless service subscriber, have a valid wireless Mobile Telephone Number (MTN), have a two-way capable handset & digital service. After you enter via text,
you will receive a confirming text message. You will be charged for the message that originates from your handset according to your wireless carriers Rate Plan. You are also subject to all other
terms & conditions of your wireless carrier. Limit: One text message entry per person or MTN per day during the period the text message entry opportunity is live. For all entry methods: Sponsor
is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or postage due mail/entries. Sponsor will not assume responsibility for any third partys failure to act in
accordance with its instructions pertaining to Sweepstakes implementation. No mechanical reproductions of entries accepted. All entries become Sponsors property and will not be returned or
acknowledged.

NRA SWEEPSTAKES: PRIZE GIVEAWAY CONSUMER DISCLOSURES: No purchase or donation of any kind necessary to enter or win. You have
not yet won. Begins 1/1/14; ends 6/30/15 (Entry Period). Entries must be received by the earlier of date(s) mentioned elsewhere in this offer or by the
following entry deadlines: Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 6/30/15 & received by 7/7/15. Deposited entries must be deposited by 6/30/15. Online,
Facebook, Referral, telephone & text message entries must be received by 11:59 PM (ET) on 6/30/15. Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or
about 7/31/15 from all eligible entries received. Prizes & their Approximate Retail Values (ARV): Prize levels Grand through 8th plus the Early Entry Bonus
Prize will offer a variety of prize choices (e.g., travel, guns, gun accessories, electronics, photographic equipment, camping gear, vehicles, merchandise, etc.),
which may vary in each creative presentation. These prize winners only may choose any prize offered at level won. 9th & 10th levels will offer a variety of
NRA fraternal items, to be distributed at Sponsors discretion of choice subject to current availability. The actual prize awarded may not be the one featured
elsewhere in this announcement. Prize choice values at a given level will approximately be the same. Any trip prize includes: round-trip coach airfare for
winner only to/from a major commercial airport nearest winner's primary residence & hotel accommodations. Winner is responsible for any incidental charges
not mentioned herein. Actual value of trip depends on location of winner & airfares at time of departure. Winner must travel on dates specified by Sponsor,
or forfeit all rights to prize. Blackout dates/restrictions apply. Winner must obtain proper documentation (e.g., valid photo ID, hunting license, tags, etc.) prior
to prize award or travel. If an event prize is offered, & then later postponed, canceled or has occurred, or if winner cannot travel to event for any reason
whatsoever, Sponsor shall have no further obligation other than to supply a trip to that city minus the event portion; such trip must be taken within 12 months.
Any vehicle winner must have a valid U.S. drivers license & provide proof of vehicle insurance before prize is awarded. Vehicle will be delivered to closest
dealership to winner. Vehicle winner is responsible for any federal, state & local income & sales taxes, insurance, licensing, registration & title fees, any options
not included & expenses associated with picking up vehicle at dealership. Prize ARVs: One Grand: ARV: $30,000 (or from time to time, the Grand Prize may
be offered as an opportunity to receive one of each of the prizes in the First through 10th levels; if this is the case, the ARV of the Grand Prize will be up to a
maximum of $31,257). In addition, an Early Entry Bonus Prize with a retail value of $5,000 (or $5,000 cash alternative) will be awarded to the Grand Prize
winner in the event that winner replied by the Early Entry Bonus Prize deadline mentioned in the offer to which he or she responded or complied with other
specific requirements specified elsewhere in this offer. In the event the Grand Prize winner did not comply with the aforementioned directive(s), he or she will
not receive the Early Entry Bonus Prize. In that case a separate random drawing will be held among all other eligible entries received to award the Early Entry
Bonus Prize. One 1st: ARV: $10,000; One 2nd: ARV: $7,500; One 3rd: ARV: $5,000; One 4th: ARV: $3,500; One 5th: ARV: $2,500; One 6th: ARV: $2,000; Five

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, estimated at 1:600,000 for Grand through 6th Prize & the Early Entry Bonus Prize;
1:120,000 for a 7th Prize; 1:30,000 for an 8th Prize; 1:7,500 for a 9th Prize; & 1:1,200 for a 10th Prize. No substitutions are permitted except by Sponsor who

NRA SWEEPSTAKES: MONTHLY WINNER GIVEAWAY CONSUMER DISCLOSURES: No purchase or donation of any kind necessary to enter or win. You have
not yet won. Begins 1/1/14; ends 6/30/15 (Entry Period). Monthly Winner Giveaway will offer either cash, merchandise, gift certificate to a retailer selected
by Sponsor, or a gun. These prize winners only may choose any prize offered at level won. Entries must be received by the earlier of date(s) mentioned
elsewhere in this offer or by the following entry deadlines to qualify for a given monthly drawing: Method #1: Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last
day of any given month within the Entry Period & received by 7 days thereafter. If the last day of any given month is a Sunday or a federal holiday, mail-in
entries may be postmarked on the next business day & received by 7 days thereafter. Deposited entries must be deposited in entry receptacle by the last day
of any given month within the Entry Period. If that is a day the store (or event) is closed, deposited entry will be accepted on the next business day. For Methods
#2 through #6: Online, Facebook, Referral, telephone & text message entries must be received by 11:59 PM (ET) on the last day of any given month within
the Entry Period. 18 Monthly prizes will be awarded (one per month for each of the 18 months of the Entry Period). Approximate Retail Value: $1,000 each. All
non-winning eligible entries for agiven monthly drawing will be automatically entered into subsequent monthly drawings, if any. Anymonthly winner will not
be eligible for any furthermonthly drawings. If no entries are received for a given monthly drawing, the next months entries will be used to award the previous
months prize. Monthly winners will be selected in a random drawing within 30 days of each months end. Gift Certificates are subject to terms & conditions
printed thereon. No cash refund for any unused portion. Total ARV: $18,000. Odds of winning any given Monthly Winner prize depend on total number of eligible

THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO ALL PRIZES:

WINNER SELECTION: Random drawings will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final & binding in all respects. Winners will be notified within approximately
30 days from the date of their selection.
WINNERS RESPONSIBILITIES: Potential winners will be notified by mail and/or email. If mailing address or email is not available, potential winner will be notified by phone or text message to obtain his/
her mailing address. Three attempts will be made to contact potential winner within a 14 day period. If potential winner fails to respond within 14 days, or if notification attempts are consistently returned
as undeliverable, potential winner will be disqualified & an alternate selected. When the potential winners mailing address has been obtained, in order to receive a prize, he/she will be notified via mail
& (at the discretion of the judges), may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility & Release of Liability which must be signed & returned (along with any other documentation the NRA reasonably
requires for prize fulfillment, such as, but not limited to providing proof of identity, and various licenses or permits) within 14 days of date printed on notification or an alternate winner will be selected in a
separate random drawing. Any gun prize winner must conform to all local, state & federal regulations as applicable & must make arrangements for delivery of firearms with appropriate federally licensed
firearms dealers as required by State & Federal law. Prizes awarded within approximately 30 days of winner verification, except in cases of delay of availability. Sponsor not responsible for such delays. If
prize is not picked up within 30 days of required date, winner bears risk of loss or damage. After 30 days, prize is considered forfeited & an alternate winner will be selected at random. No advertised item
is intended for prize distribution or sale in those states or in those areas where such item is prohibited by law. Any winner whose potential selection to win a firearm prize would otherwise be in violation of
federal, state, or local law will receive an alternate prize of equal value selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If for any reason whatsoever, a gun prize winner is not able to accept the prize due to
reasons such as, but not limited to physical impairment, mental disability, etc., he/she will receive an alternate prize at Sponsors discretion. State & local laws, restrictions & regulations may limit or prohibit
the sale, prize distribution, carry or use of certain prizes. Mention of product or service in advertisement or text does not mean it has been tested or approved by Sponsor. Winners are solely responsible for
all taxes on prize & other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to registration, title, license fees, insurance, & optional equipment (except where prohibited by law), & all other
unspecified costs associated with claiming, registering and/or using any prize.
RELEASE: By entering, each entrant accepts & agrees to be bound by these rules & decisions of Sponsor & its judges. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, exchange or transferable, except at
Sponsors sole discretion, who reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of similar or greater value if any prize or any portion thereof is unavailable. By accepting the prize, each winner
agrees that Sponsor, its independent judging organization, prize donors & any entity connected with this Sweepstakes accept no responsibility or liability in connection with losses or damages of any
kind caused by or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize awarded hereunder, including but not limited to personal injury or death. Except where prohibited by law, entry
and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use winners' names and likenesses for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation. Sponsor is not responsible
ifSweepstakes cannot be implemented due to delays or interruptions caused by acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, utility outages or acts of terrorism. Winners acknowledge Sponsor
& all other businesses concerned with this Sweepstakes & their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law,
relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of prize except that the prize shall be subject to manufacturers stated warranty.
WINNERS LIST/RULES REQUESTS: For a copy of the winners list (available after 9/30/15) or official rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by 9/30/15 to: NRA Sweepstakes Request, PO

NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS:
In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the email address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account
Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for
the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated
devices are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or
destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate
transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury
or damage to entrants or any other persons computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official
rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the
Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors
any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction
inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.
LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE THIS WEBSITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE
OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AND CRIMINAL
PROSECUTION AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
