OVERVIEW
An accomplished technical support engineer, I offer more than a decade of experience supporting our
clients’ various groups: Engineering, IT & Services, Sales and Marketing. As employee or intern, I am
grateful to have worked for many world-class firms and explored many diverse industries, including Online
Ad Management Systems, SMTP Services, Relational Database Systems, Broadband Networks and PBX
Systems.

I am both comfortable diplomat and good-natured observer, who easily navigates a wide variety of social
currents, no matter relaxed or tense, preferably minimizing all unnecessarily dramatic or stressful
interactions. Technical Services & Systems Support have dominated my primary assignments. For the
critical accounts, I have provided Project Supervision, Application Deployment as well as Training &
Support Services, with recent experience in IT and business operations.

I am a detail-oriented, naturally intuitive problem-solver with the patience and attention of a rational
troubleshooter. Such achievements nonetheless might have doubled in significance, were they awarded
with professional training and certification. Therefore, I am currently seeking that unique opportunity,
perhaps guided by a mentor, where innate talents may develop their perfection, and where my education
unlocks further career growth and personal satisfaction.
