Contact Groups
Contact groups are a convenient way to organize contacts.
These contact groups can also be used to email all those
contacts in the group. When addressing an email, all you need
to do is enter the group name.

Click the new link on the left side of the page.

Click on the People menu to access your Outlook contacts.

Select create group from the menu options.

Enter a name for the group in the group name field.

To place members in this group go to the members field.

Type the name of a contact or the contacts user name. If the

contact is not already in your list of contacts, an option to
search for this contact will appear.

Click once on the contact you wish to add to the group.

The contact will be added. Click again in the members field

and add more members as needed.

Repeat the process until you have added all members for the
group.

Click on the notes field to the right of the members list.

Use this field to write any information about the group you
would like to include.

When you're done, click the save button.
