This matter comes before the court for assessment of damages. The defendant has not appeared nor
anyone on his behalf. Plaintiff elects to rely on the verification of account filed herein. A portion of the
plaintiff's claim is for punitive damages but there is no evidence presented that would provide a basis
for the court to use in assessing any punitive damages. Therefore the court orders judgment entered
in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant in the amount of $1008.25 plus interest from August
11, 2014 at the rate of 2.11% per annum and the costs of this action
