The concept of lesson study:

Teachers must have their authority to adjust the content of teaching.
The content have to match with pupils learning standard.
If teachers intended this country to developed in future, pupils must be more
excellent than their teachers.
In year 1 to year 3, pupils must learn as much single words as possible.
When they are in year 4 to 6, they can read individually. The most importantly,
they can choose their favourite books to read.
Lets have a look on China education, they emphasize in communications.
The Four Pillars of Education from UNESCO:
Learning to know, Learning to do, Learning to live together, Learning to be
Education is not preparation for life; education is life itself. John Dewey

Lesson study have two parts:

1) Understanding
2) Evaluating
To reach this objective, make sure we have these:
1 students centered, teacher as leader
2 concentrate on communication
3 accept every opinions given by students
4 emphasize on feeling contribution
5 make differentiation
Things we have to do in lesson study:
1) must have AJK
2) set a clear objective that we want to achieve
3) study the problems
4) write lesson plan
5) implement lesson study
6) discussion after lesson study
7) rewrite/ correction
lesson study is one part of PLC.
