gatheringthatwehopewillbeusefultoallFriends.Wearegratefulthatyouaretakingthetimetofilloutthis
importantsurvey.

Therearefivesectionstothissurvey.Inthefirstweaskyouaboutyourreligiousbackgroundandupbringing,and
yourintroductiontoQuakerism.InthesecondweaskaboutyourattitudestoQuakerpractice.Thethirdsection
exploresyourreligiousbeliefsandthefourthyourideasabouttheworld.Thelastsectionaskssomebasicquestions
