Schedules and coordinates work activities among his subordinates, contractors and the whole work group.
Prepares project status reports and accomplishments for PICs/PMs update and monitoring.
Supervises all works and operations being done within his area of responsibility.
Enforces the implementation of immediate quality control measure within his work area.
Implements all environmental, health and safety rules as well as security regulations within his area of assignment.
Schedules and plans all actual construction works and other related activities on site.
Works closely with project management to properly implement necessary instructions and guidelines.
Oversees the actual execution of all activities conforming to the approved schedule.
Interprets plans and specifications prior to construction.
Coordinates the proper implementation of all technical plans and shop drawing specifications.
Evaluates, checks and verifies project accomplishment vis--vis budget.
Coordinates the requisition, issuances and the timely delivery of required materials and equipment on site.
Monitors project progress, cost, and materials consumption as per schedule and budget.
Ability to coach and mentor workmates/subordinates for continuous improvement as well as work performance.

Project In-Charge
1. Coordinates the proper interpretation of all technical plans and specifications.
2. Coordinates projects requirements as to manpower, materials, equipment and finance to all concerned units.
3. Oversees and evaluates project status and recommends corrective action and control measures for proper and
timely accomplishment of the project.
4. Advises the Project Manager on the progress of accomplishments, problems and actions for the proper execution of
construction.
5. Schedules and plans all actual construction and related works to recommend and improve proper sequencing of
works for the timely completion of the project.
6. Coordinates with the projects design engineers and / or consultants on the technical aspects of the constructive
activities
7. Supervises the payment for materials and works accomplished to ensure that all obligations to suppliers and
subcontractors are paid.
8. Evaluates, checks and verifies project accomplishments vis- -vis budget.
9. Performs public relations or similar functions for matters concerning the project.
10. Oversees the actual execution of all activities and operations to ensure that all contract requirements are met based
on the targets and policies of both the Client and the Company.
11. Ability to coach and mentor workmates/subordinates for continuous improvement as well as work performance.
