icon (if a target zone is selected) will be displayed at the lower left
corner of the device. The heart rate monitor will then begin to
measure your heart rate, indicated by the heart icon next to the
in-zone icon and the flashing digits.
The in-zone icon points both upwards and downwards limits and
indicates whether your instantaneous heart rate is within your
selected target zone. If the middle section flashes, this indicates that
your heart rate is within the target zone and your exercise intensity is
correct. On the other hand, if either the upwards (heart rate is above
the target zone) or the downwards (heart rate is below the target
zone) point flashes, you will need to adjust your exercise intensity so
that your heart rate falls within the middle section again.
If you have selected to activate the zone alarm, then there will be 3
beeps every 4 seconds if your heart rate is above the target zone. If
your heart rate is below the target zone, there will be a single alarm
beep every 4 seconds.
If the sensor does not detect any heart pulse for about 10 seconds after
the last detected heart pulse, then the heart rate reading on the display
will become ---. If no heart pulse is detected for a period of about 60
seconds after the last detected heart pulse, the heart rate reading will
be blank and both the in-zone icon and the heart icon will disappear.
When you have finished a lap, press the Start/Lap button to register
the lap. The display will then show the lap time, the split time, the
average heart rate and calories consumption in turn, each displaying
for 5 seconds.

stored.
Timer
This is a loop Timer, which allows you to set the timer in 1 - 30 loops with
any number of pre-set segments up to a maximum of 30 segments in
each loop, functioning one after another that is, in a loop. When the first
segment finishes counting down, the second segment will immediately
begin to countdown, and so on. When the counting down has gone
through the pre-set number of segments in a loop, the timer will continue
with the first segment again until the pre-set number of loops is completed,
at which point the timer will stop automatically. The process will go on in
this manner for a maximum of 30 loops.

Check if the transmitters electrodes are moistened enough.
Moisten them and try again.
It is recommended to use the Heart Rate Belt in contact with your
skin. If you are wearing the heart rate belt over your clothes wet
them as well.
Check if the Heart Rate Belt is in your chest with the electrode area
firmly positioned against your skin.
- Heart rate reading is irregular
First check the batteries. Strong electromagnetic signals, such as
electric devices, computers can cause erratic readings. So moving away
from possible sources.
- The heart rate reading doesnt work
Static electricity or recent replaced battery can stop the hear rate
monitor. If this occurs press and hold at the same time the four buttons.
All recorded data will be deleted and you will have to set them again.
- The wrist device makes a continuous sound
If the zone alarm is ON and your heart rate doesnt correspond to any of
