GRACE NEWS
MAKING A MARRIAGE
Pastor and Halisha are leading an informal discussion on "Making a
Marriage" with our Journey Life Group in Family Life Center Room
101. This time is designed for pre-married, newlyweds, and long
time marriages. The group will meet at 9:45am each Sunday for the
next six weeks! Bring a friend and let's strengthen our relationships
centered on Christ! Contact the church office for more
information.
FAITH PROMISE
Faith Promise cards are available at the Connections Center as we
prayerfully consider our part in world evangelism! Our goal this
year is $14,000.
STURM ADOPTION PUZZLE PIECES
The wait for a baby is nearly over for Pastor and Halisha! They were
"matched" with an expectant mother this week and she is due in the
next few weeks! You can help by praying everyday for this precious
baby girl who is on her way. There are still several puzzle pieces
available for purchase to help raise the final amount due to fund the
adoption. Names of those who purchase a puzzle piece are placed
on the puzzle piece(s) and the completed puzzle will have a place in
the baby's nursery. Each $25 donation to the Sturm Adoption
purchases a puzzle piece. Thanks to everyone for their generous
support!
ITS A GIRL!
Please make plans to join us for a special "Gathering at Grace"
on Sunday, December 14th. Immediately following the Evening
Worship Service we will have a baby shower for Pastor Micah and
Halisha to help them prepare for the arrival of their baby girl. Bring
finger foods to share. The Sturms are registered in-store & online at
Target, Babies R Us, and Wal-Mart
THANKSGIVING OFFERING
In November, the Church of the Nazarene places a special emphasis
on the Thanksgiving Offering for the World Evangelism Fund. The
World Evangelism Fund supports the global mission and ministry of
our denomination.
