These are following two function will help you to find out the attribute set,
attribute and value which assigned to BP , just pass the bp_guid in first
method then get the attribute and bp_guid pass it to the second function it
will fetch all data assigned to BP
CRM_MKTBP_READ_ALL_TPL get the attribute_set assigned to bp
CRM_MKTBP_READ_BP_DATA get attribute and its value assigned to
bp
