Procedure

Single left click start on task bar.

Single left click programs.

Double left click ms word.

Type one line.

Single left click edit on the stand menu bar.

Single left click select all.

Again single left click edit and single left click copy and press enter.

Single left click edit and single left click paste.

In this way copy the sentence ten times.

Now select the line.

Single left click before the first alphabet of the first line.

Without releasing the click drag the mouse till the end of that line and
then release.

Single left click the browse button of the font size on the formatting
toolbar.

Select any font size.

Now click the colour button on the formatting toolbar and select any
colour.

In this way format all the line with different colours and font sizes.

Now single left click save.

Type the desired file name in the name box.

Single left click save and save file to your folder.

Single left click file on the standard menu bar.

Then single left click print to print the document.

Procedure

Single left click start on task bar.

Single left click programs.

Double left click ms.excel.

Create the attendance sheet of 25 students.

Give the heading of college name then write the name of month and
number of lectures delivered.

Make columns for S.no. Name, fathers name, roll no. Class , section,
attendance of student & percentage of attendance. Also make a column
which denotes the eligibility of student.

Now write the name of 25 student , give them serial no. And write the
information of student in particular columns.

Obtain the percentage by using the formula = (attendance of student /


total no of lectures delivered)*100.

Now write the eligibility of student by using the formula of it & and. If the
attendance of percentage is less than 50 then the student is not allowed, if
the percentage is greater than 50 then the student is provisionally allowed
and if increases 75 percent then the student is eligible.

Give borders to the columns. Select all cells and single right click. Now
select format cells from the list and after giving proper border single left

click ok.
Single left click save.
Type any file name in the name box.
Single left click save and save file to your folder.

Write the gross amount by adding the basic pay, medical & house rent.
Obtain the tax at 3% of gross by =3/100* gross.
Write the net income by subtracting the tax from gross amount.
Now obtain the grade by using the formula of IF.
If the salary of the employ increases than 12500 then he is a Grade-I
officer. And if the salary is less than the mentioned amount then he is a
junior officer.

Create a utility bill of electricity.
Make the columns and write the relative data as in the original electricity
bill.
Obtain the units billed by subtracting the previous reading from the
present reading of the meter.
Produced the electricity charges by multiplying the units billed to a
suitable rate using the formula = units billed * rate of charge.
Obtain the next amount of current bill by adding up the electricity charges,
fixed charges, meter rent, electricity duty, income tax, general sales tax &
GST adjustment ; by using the function of auto sum from the standard
menu bar.
Write the net amount payable in due date by rounding the amount up to
rupees 10.
And also mention the next amount payable after due date by adding
Rs.100 in the amount as late payment surcharge using the auto sum
function.
Save the bill.
Single left click save.
Type any file name in the name box.
