meaning of the words clean and healthy. Ss will read some
things people do to stay clean and healthy ans understand the
importance of that. in order to continue with the time the Ss
understand the conceot of the time zome what time is it in

Writing sentences with subject and a verb hwere the Ss will


complete sentences, circle the verb and write complete
sentences. The teacher writes on the board her daily routine
then the students do the same with their activities.
Doing chores teacher explains chores are jos that people do and
emphasizes that doing chores helps keep people and pets happy
and healthy.

Unit 2 in our community

From the video the Ss find different places in a community,


different jobs. Ss will Understand and appreciates the people
work.

about unusual works. In the reading 'Kids working hard' the Ss
read and talk about students who help people in their
community.

Write sentences using compound subjects and verbs writing


about people jobs and where they work. The teacher writes on
the board an example about a particular work and the activities
they have to do at work and the place they work.

Classroom project: What chores do you do at home? Ss make a chart like a bingo chart and write some chores she/ he does at home and then go around the class asking
three classmates about their chores. Report what they learrrt about their classmates. Checking the correct use of language and appropriate intonation.
