The Appeals Body

d e c i d e s:

1. The appeal lodged by the Football Association of Serbia against the decision rendered by
the Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body on 23 October 2014 is dismissed.

2. The appeal lodged by the Football Association of Albania against the decision rendered
by the Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body on 23 October 2014 is dismissed.

3.

All the other motions or prayers for relief of the Football Association of Serbia and/or the
Football Association of Albania concerning the decisions rendered by the Control, Ethics
and Disciplinary Body on 23 October 2014 are dismissed. Consequently, the decisions
rendered by the Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body on 23 October 2014 are confirmed.

4. The costs of the proceedings, totalling 15,000 are charged as follows: to the Football
Association of Serbia (7,500), to the Football Association of Albania (7,500).
5. This decision is final, subject to Article 58(7) DR.
6. It is communicated to:
a)

the parties;

b)

the Ethics and Disciplinary Inspector;

c)

the Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body;

d)

the UEFA administration;

e)

the National Associations of Group I of 15th UEFA European Championship.
