CF5 is the maintenance level fuel treatment

equivalent of BG44K. It is also dual fuel as it will
treat petrol or diesel cars. CF5 (CF stands for

Fluid exchange services are an often neglected part of a good preventative maintenance
offering. OEMs often do not schedule fluid exchanges for fluids such as Power steering and
transmissions, yet these fluids work under immensely challenging conditions of heat and
pressure (Power steering works under 2000+psi). These fluids naturally suffer in time and
therefore compromise performance and longevity of the component.

Fluid Evaluation Charts

The Fluid Evaluation Charts are the ideal tool for accurately and objectively
checking fluid condition.
This specially formulated, chromatographic paper (which has several OEM
approvals) changes colour to indicate the fluid condition. If the colour chart
shows that change is needed, the chart is shown to the customer and they
can clearly see that change is required

BG Power Steering Fluid Exchange

This service gives a complete Power Steering Fluid exchange within 2 minutes.
The old fluid is removed by using our special exchange that, when
circulated, holds all the old fluid and wear metals in suspension. The new
fluid is formulated so that it will not mix with the old fluid, then a special
exchange tool introduces the new fluid whilst simultaneously removing
the old oxidised fluid.

A. Scope of This Protection Plan

This Protection Plan is separate from, and does not extend, the vehicle manufacturers warranty. It is
subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. However, if this Protection Plan would have
otherwise covered the claim, and if you complied with the terms of this Protection Plan, BG Products, Inc.
will pay the deductible amount paid by you under any extended service contract purchased by you which
covers such a claim.
BG Products, Inc., through its Authorized Claims Agent, agrees to repair or replace parts of the:
Automatic Transmission listed herein that have been serviced by the BG Automatic Transmission
Service and BG 106 and BG 310; or for smaller capacity automatic transmissions, BG 106 and
BG 306.
Drive Line Front Differential listed herein that have been serviced by the BG Front Differential Drive
Line Service and BG 750, BG 752, or BG 790.
Drive Line Rear Differential listed herein that have been serviced by the BG Rear Differential Drive
Line Service and BG 750, BG 752, or BG 790.
Drive Line Transfer Case listed herein that have been serviced by the BG Transfer Case Drive Line
Service and BG 750, or BG 790.

D. Conditions and Exclusions of This Protection Plan
If the vehicle odometer has been changed or altered, or if odometer has ceased to function, coverage
under the terms of this Protection Plan are not in effect. This Protection Plan covers only legally
registered passenger cars, vans, SUVs and pick-up trucks with a GVW of 4,300 kg or less. Motorcycles,
RVs, and vehicles with more than two axles are excluded. Vehicles used for competitive purposes are
excluded. This service excludes in-house maintenance/repair facilities. In the case of a leased vehicle,
the lessee must be primarily obligated for repairs and maintenance. If covered vehicle is used for towing
a trailer or other vehicle or object, this Protection Plan is not in effect unless covered vehicle is equipped
with professionally or factory-installed tow package and is TUV approved and cooling system has been
modified to the OE specification. Any claim resulting from collision, fire, theft, vandalism, contamination
of fluids, acts of God, misuse, abuse, negligence, lack of normal maintenance required by vehicle
manufacturer renders this Protection Plan null and void. Pre-existing conditions, damage to system
components prior to the service are excluded and may be verified through independent parts analysis at
the discretion of BG Products, Inc. To keep this Protection Plan in effect you must keep all receipts and
Repair Orders for maintenance and services required by this Protection Plan. Failure to furnish all
necessary records will render this Protection Plan null and void.
E. Claims and Repair Procedures
In the event of a claim, the vehicle must be returned to an authorized professional service center where
the BG service was performed.
You must provide the designated claims administrator with information from all of the following:
1. All service Repair Orders as of January 1, 2010, including all applicable BG Part Numbers stated
in Section A, showing compliance with the terms and conditions of this Protection Plan for each
component covered, e.g., automatic transmission, front differential, rear differential, transfer case,
manual transmission/transaxle, power steering, brake system, engine. Repair Orders must
include the following information: Repair Order number, Repair Order date, current odometer
reading, Vehicle Indentification Number (VIN), vehicle year, vehicle make, vehicle model, labor
rate per hour, BG Part Numbers of products used in the service.
2. Lease agreement if vehicle is leased.
3. A complete statement of damage and estimated repair costs.
If required, you must ship the damaged parts, as well as a representive pint sample of vehicle fluid
involved with the damaged parts, to:

The initial service(s) must have been performed within 60,000 km, as shown on the odometer.
Protection is not to exceed seven (7) years from model date of the vehicle, or 240,000 km,
whichever occurs first.
Plan 2 (60,00080,000 km initial service):
The initial service(s) must have been performed between 60,000 km, and 80,000 km, as
shown on the odometer. Protection is not to exceed seven (7) years from model date, or
240,000 km, whichever occurs first. This Protection Plan will take effect 800 km after the first
BG Service(s) has been performed by a professional technician.

This Protection Plan for Automatic Transmissions, Front Differentials, Rear Differentials,
Transfer Cases, Manual Transmissions, Transaxles, Power Steering and/or Brake will be
continued by the performance of the proper BG Service within 50,000 km of the previous service.
This Protection Plan for Engine and Fuel (gasoline and diesel) will be continued by the performance of
the BG Service within 20,000 km of the previous service. BG 208 is the required gasoline fuel treatment.
However, BG 203 may be used as the gasoline fuel treatment instead of BG 208 if a second BG 203 fuel
treatment is added at 10,000 km. From the date of your Protection Plan enrollment, the vehicles engine
must be serviced only with the proper grade and weight of engine oil, recommended by the vehicle
manufacturer. Timing belt and air and oil filter must be replaced and emission control system maintained in
accordance with vehicle manufacturers recommendations.
All services referred to in Section A must be performed by an authorized professional service center. You
may not change your own oil. Reclaimed or recycled oil may not be used. All fluids used in covered
components must meet vehicle manufacturers specifications.
In the event of a claim, you must provide BG Products, Inc., with satisfactory evidence, according to
Section E, that all of the required services referred to in Section A were performed.
A professional technician must perform an approved BG maintenance procedure using proper BG products
and equipment. A grace period of 800 km will be extended in order to stay within service interval
compliance, including initial service.
C. Covered
Payment of claims under this Protection Plan is limited to the labor time necessary to make repairs or to
replace any irreparably damaged parts as allocated by Motor or Mitchell Flat Rate Guide or other industry
accepted flat rate guide, multiplied by the commercial repair shops posted hourly labor rate, plus the
reasonable cost of replaced parts of like kind and quality at the administrators discretion.
This BG Protection Plan covers:
Automatic Transmission: Covers only the lubricated parts contained within the transmission
housing or case only when damaged by an internally lubricated part covered under this Protection
Plan. Items not covered are leaking transmission seals and gaskets. Proper fluids meeting vehicle
manufacturers specifications must be used.
Drive Line Front Differential: Covers only the lubricated parts contained within the front
differential housing or case. Items not covered are the front differential housing or case,
