REFERENCE
1.

OBJECTIVE
This procedure is established to ensure to all employees who works affecting to the product
quality shall be identified the competent on the basis of appropriate education, training, skill and
experience.

SCOPE
This procedure is applicable to training all personnel of PT. Indonesia ChemiCon whos involved
in quality activities.

All personnel performing work affecting to product quality shall be competent


on the basis of appropriate education, training, skill and experience in order to
implementation of quality management system is effective and comply to the
requirements.

Competence, Awareness and Training ( 6.2.2 )


To implement and maintain the quality management system and continually improving its
effectiveness, the company is commit to qualification of human resources needed
:
4.2.1. Determine the necessary competence for personnel performing work affecting
product quality.
4.2.2. Prepare training needs in each section of the company that performing activities
effecting quality.
4.2.3. Provide training or take other action (something like rotation or moved to other
task, depending on the needs of the company) to satisfy these needs.
For existing employees may require re training if their performance have
slackened.

4.3. Product Design Skill ( 6.2.2.1 )
Personnel with product design skill is not available at PT. Indonesia Chemi - Con ,
because product design is applied in Japan.
4.4. Training ( 6.2.2.2 )
4.4.1. To establish and maintain documented procedures for identifying training need and
achieving competence of all personnel performing activities affecting product
quality.
4.4.2. To qualify for the personnel performing specific assigned tasks as required, with
particular attention to the satisfaction of customer requirements.
4.5. Training On the Job ( 6.2.2.3 )
4.5.1. To provide on-the-job training for personnel in any new or modified job affecting
product quality, including contract or agency personnel.
4.5.2. To inform to the personnel whose work can affect quality about the impact of
product nonconformity on both internal, external customer and end users.
4.6. Employee Motivation and Empowerment ( 6.2.2.4 )
4.6.1. To motivate employees to achieve quality objectives, to make continual
improvement and create to promote innovation trough out reward, INCPS
program, selection of good employees, quality control circle, improvement
suggestions and training.
4.6.2. The process include the promotion of quality and technological awareness
4.6.3. To measure the personnel of their activities and contribution to the achievement of
quality objectives trough appropriate processes.
