Rhythm and Movement

A class for tots to preschoolers and their caregiver

to enjoy movement while developing a sense of
rhythm to music. Games and fun movements to
develop coordination, motor skills and musicality.
Preschool Yoga
Yoga for kids is a fun program that incorporates movement with breath. Each class is infused with
life lessons and insightful poses that promote a
healthy mind and body. Yoga quiets the mind, strengthens the body, and soothes the nervous system,
enhancing childrens capacity to learn and grow.
Leap with Me
A class for preschoolers and their caregiver where we
will be learning through play and supporting healthy
child development through physical movement,
language development and early literacy.
