marketers.
How you handle branding?
ANS: I believe that branding requires you to develop a personal dialogue with your customers on the
issues that are most meaningful to them. In todays complex and ever connected commercial landscape,
brand perception is no longer driven by product efficacy. Instead, brands form strong customer loyalty
by capturing their minds and hearts. Brand must earn their customers trust by being honest, open,
transparent, authentic and genuinely interested in how they can solve their problem than just making a

sale. Its nice to surprise the customer with something special every now and then but the key is to
deliver the promise every time and thats what decides the brands success in the long run.
Is technology improving sell? How?
ANS: Technology advancement with its broadband connectivity, smart devices and social media access
has brought a paradigm shift in marketing landscape, In the past Brands use to do all the talking but
today connected and informed customers become ambassadors of brands they like and what they dont
like, In essence this has improved sales for brands that have earn their customers trust.

species that survives, nor the most intelligent. But, It is the one that is the most adaptable to change.
Proper marketing is to understand the shift in Market place and ecosystem governing it and to adapt
and evolve as a brand
What social responsibilities you fulfill towards your surrounding?
