Funding Proposal - Natural Law Transition Program

Cover Letter

Dear Sir or Madam,

NaturalLawAmerica.com, in conjunction with the Court of Ages, is pleased to present this
proposal for your review. We look forward to partnering with you to provide re-education and
training in transitional Natural Law for judges, lawyers, and law enforcement personnel in the
land known as the United States of America.

With 6, 879 judges, 1.3 million lawyers, and 900,000 law enforcement officers currently
working for the convicted U.S. Corporation, we feel there is an urgent need to provide
retraining so that those who are propping up the old system may, instead, help bring in the
new paradigm of freedom and self-governance. The Natural Law Transition Program is
designed to support these professionals as they navigate new career options consistent with
upcoming geopolitical changes.

We appreciate your interest in assisting us in creating a new paradigm for humanity. Please
let us know if you have any questions by writing: CourtofAges@mail.com.

Natural Law Transition Program
Funding Proposal

Project Abstract and Statement of Need

On the surface, transitioning from a destructive social model to a life-giving one seems logical.
Who doesn't want clean, ethical and readily available food and water sources? But the
answer to that may surprise some. Our current social structure is held together by elements
that would literally undermine it all. And the good people holding those structures in place are
in a deep state of denial.

So what would happen if suddenly all the water and soil restoration, free energy, and green
housing projects were funded and released today? We predict society would return to its
consumptive habits in a matter of just a few years -- unless the old, undermining societal
structures were reconstructed first. As it is now, building codes, statutes, and city
ordinances do not allow for freedom in these areas. In addition, large corporations continue to

inflict injury upon earth and her natural resources. In our view, judges, lawyers, and law
enforcement must take on new roles in order for society in North America to survive.

According to Wikipedia, as of 2012 there were 3,294 federal judges, 2,758 district court
judges, 714 courts of appeals judges, and 112 Supreme Court justices associated with the
United States Corporation. These are BAR Association members in permanent positions for
which they receive money. According to Natural Law, disputants choose their own judge from
among trusted individuals in their community and serve on a voluntary basis. As you can see,
this presents a significant opportunity for the development of professional educators from
among the soon-to-be-former federal judges who may or may not be called upon or willing to
serve in a Natural Law capacity. The Court of Ages, Earth District is willing to supply training
in "transitional Natural Law" to former federal judges who are willing to re-purpose themselves
as educators.

According to a May, 2014 Boston Globe report, there are now 1.3 million lawyers in the United
States. These are BAR Association members who conduct lawsuits and provide legal advise
as a profession. In Natural Law communities, ethics and values that make up their "cultural
law" are taught to children from birth through stories, art, music, etc. Adults are responsible for
understanding what is and is not acceptable behavior and for working through disputes
according to Natural Law. Therefore, there is no such profession as "lawyer." This presents
an opportunity for re-purposing attorneys as Natural Law community advocates. The Court of
Ages, Earth District is willing to supply training in "transitional Natural Law and Community
Advocacy" to former attorneys who are willing to re-purpose themselves as community
advocates.

According to NLEOMF, there are currently 900,000 sworn law enforcement officers employed
in the United States. Currently, these officers enforce statutes implemented by the criminal
United States Corporation. These officers must be either re-educated or replaced by
peace-keeping and protection personnel who honor a transition to Natural Law. This begins
with implementing the stand down order issued by the Court of Ages Public Order of
Revocation which nullifies the legal authority of all United States Corporation policing
personnel and agencies. Replacements (protection services) are to be assembled, educated
in Natural Law procedure, and deputized by the Court of Ages, Earth District.

Proposed Action - Special Education Event

A special educational event will be held for all U.S. Corporation judges, lawyers, and law
enforcement personnel (federal, state, county, etc.) who agree to cease all actions on behalf
of U.S. Corporate governments on all levels and participate in the re-education program. (Any
who do not agree to cease all actions of behalf of the U.S. Corporation are to be detained and
held until such an agreement is made.)

This educational event will be held at a date and time yet to be determined at each respective
court or municipal headquarters across the U.S. (numbering at least 19,429). Instructions and
educational material will be broadcast via closed circuit television or web conference to every
existing judge, lawyer, and law enforcement officer in attendance. These sessions will be
administered by military personnel dispatched to courts and municipal facilities across the
United States and the District of Columbia. (Civilian attire is recommended.)

The sessions will provide an overview of the true history of the United States of America and
the role that judges, lawyers, and law enforcement officers have played either consciously or
unconsciously. An overview of the Natural Law Transition Program will also be presented.
Debriefing sessions will follow for anyone desiring to participate. Critical incident debriefing
counselors will be available for those desiring further processing either as a group or
individually. Enrollments for the Natural Law Transition Program will be accepted at this
time.

The tone of this event should be one of celebration and rejoicing.

Transitional Natural Law

Natural Law is summed up in the statement, "Love one another" and applied through the
"Maxims of Love" which are as follows:
All living systems have the right to be free (law of freedom).
All living systems have a right to be protected from the harmful actions of others (law
of protection).
All living systems unable or unwilling to live and act in accordance with the maxims of
love will be given the opportunity to either correct their behavior or accept the
consequences (law of balance).
The community has the right to intervene in all situations where the maxims of love are
violated regardless of local laws, customs, ethics, or practices (law of intervention).

True natural law is oral because it is living and dynamic. It is observed and un-tinkerable by
humans. Written law makes living law concrete and impedes energetic flow. However, in this
time of change, it is beneficial to present basic principals in writing for ease of sharing. And so
we call it "transitional Natural Law" for clarity. (For more information on transitional Natural
Law as we see it, you may click on the Principals, Structure, Procedure tabs at the top of this
page.)

Cultural Law / Customary Law - Throughout history, various cultures chose to adopt customs
and practices that fit their worldview. For example, the South African Zulu culture adopted the
ethos of ubuntu as a foundation for relating with one another: "together we are strong."
Honoring the humanity of each individual, teamwork, forgiveness, sharing, etc. were part of
their cultural fabric. So you could say their "cultural law" is based on the philosophy of ubuntu
and is consisten with Natural Law. The Somalis operate according to Xeer Law where elders

serve as judges and mediate disputes. This practice is part of Somali "cultural law" which
they, also, view as consistent with Natural Law.

So what will communities across North American choose as their "cultural law?" Each will
ultimately decide for themselves as the populace becomes more educated and individuals
clarify their own values and worldview. For now, a viable transitional form of law under Natural
Law might be Constitutional Law along with some aspects of Common Law. Each community
has the right to come to agreement on their own cultural laws as long as they are consistent
with the freedoms inherent in Natural Law and the Maxims of Love.

Program Description

The Natural Law Transition Program will enable 6,879 judges, 1.3 million lawyers, and
900,00 law enforcement officers in the United States to be re-educated and employed as
educators, peace officers, and community advocates through:

One week intensive in-person educational experiences
8 week classes (meeting two days per week)
Weekend workshops
Publications (books, manuals, audios, etc.)
Productions (radio shows, movies, video presentations, etc.)

The curriculum will consist of information found on this website in addition to materials
developed and selected by Court of Ages educators.
