SHOW HUNTER: Ponies 8.30am start. Horses 1.30pm start

COMBINED LUNCH UNDER THE TREES: 12.00 to 12.30
AFTER LUNCH FUN ACTIVITES ARE:
Bareback Jumping, Sack Race: 12.45pm to 1.30pm.
CONDITIONS

Ground Levy & St Johns Levy per Horse & Pony: $10.00 and must be paid at time of entry
Run under ESNZ Show Hunter New Zealand Rules 2014 V7.
Jumping/Show Hunter Levy $5.00 Compulsory for Show Hunter Classes.
Horses & Ponies may compete using Casual Equine Registration $5.00 per Show & Flexi Start $10.00 per
Day. No Horse of the Year Points will be awarded, local series points will be awarded.
To compete and gain Horse of the Year Qualifying Points in recognised Show Hunter classes all Horses,
Ponies & Riders must be fully paid members of ESNZ, with a paid Annual Jumping/Show Hunter Start.
Show Hunter Entries will only be accepted on an ESNZ official entry form or the Flexi Start entry form
and must be signed by the rider or a parent or guardian if the rider is 16 years and under.
Ponies may only compete in ONE Category.
It is compulsory for anyone mounted on a horse or pony at the grounds of an event sanctioned by the ESNZ
to wear an approved hard hat properly fastened at all times with a three point retention harness.
The Day is subject to the control of the Organising Committee who may alter or vary the programme

Raffle $2.00 per ticket: We will once again be running a Christmas Themed raffle. Please bring something along to
put into the Raffle bucket. It may be some home-made Jam, a box of Christmas Crackers, Mince Tarts or something
for the ponies.

Show Hunter: $5.00 per class
Jumping Practice Rounds: $5.00 each. Max Rounds 3 per Horse or Pony.
Bare Back Jump (Is not included in the Max 3 Practice Rounds) $5.00
Sack Race: $5.00 for two starts
Prize Money or product 1st to 3rd will be paid on a sweepstake basis on all events except Jumping Practice

Riders are encouraged to use a neck strap. Elimination: Three Refusals or a Fall of Rider

Sack Race: There will be heats for riders to qualify for the final. Riders are able to enter two races, first &
second placegetters from each heat will go through to the Final Round.
All Horses & Ponies must be lead during the Race.
Horses will race Horses and Ponies will race Ponies.
Riders to bring their own sack please.
