A. Introduction
Along with the development of the world economy, Vietnam's economy has also been the growth
step, a significant development in recent years. Developed economies plus the successful
application of scientific and technological progress in the world, helped increase labor
productivity, increased income, material life of the people is more and more improved, literacy
levels are improved. The number of tourists to Vietnam has increased rapidly that increasing
number of restaurants and hotels. Specially hotels are near the tourist attraction. Where also
appeared the situation tourism business.
when people's lives are stable, they will aim to satisfy the higher demand and demand for travel
is a necessity. they'll find hotels suitable for itself needs. From there they will make a
comparison between the 3,4 or 5 star hotel to make decisions more affordable. So today the hotel
must give directions and measures to attract tourists and ensure their position in the market and
methods of the business is improve services and provide the kind of good facilities for our
customers
Derived from it, my reports will present topics: comparision between 3 star and five star hotel in
Viet Nam. In the implementation process, the inevitable mistakes, I hope to receive feedback and
evaluate my teacher. thank my teacher so much.

Hotel is place to stay when you go to travel or business, scale from 10 bedrooms and more, to
ensure the quality of facilities, equipment and services necessary to serve customer..

3 star hotel is just a simple hotel, providing a break room with a bed and a bathroom. The hotel
provide some facilities, or other special services. However, these hotels are often located in areas
convenient transportation. It have minimum of 50 rooms.
5 star hotel is the most Luxurious hotel and very centrally located. great service and comfort. In
general This hotel is the art of architecture, unique design and luxurious interior .. The bedroom
is charming and elegant, luxury linens, private Jacuzzi tub, at least 2-3 upscale restaurant. It have
a minimum of 100 rooms.

- Provide kind of services and facilities for customers to meet the needs of eat, sleep and go back

visitors, up 21%, domestic tourists reached 23 4 million, an increase of 7%, the total revenue
from the tourists reached 125 trillion, up 22% compared to the same period last year. The
development of the hotel industries lead to the development of other sectors in Vietnam. In
today's economy, every business problems is to attract, entice customers to come to you.
Business travel industry in general and the hotel industry in particular, the problem

attracts guests that are a problem the first importance. To operate the business effectively
requires each hotel to study its business environment to give business solutions the most
effectively. Here is the key to victory in the fiercely competitive market, in order to attract
customers. Today, when going to travel, guests often refer to price and compare the services and
facilities of each hotel to make plans for the trips. therefore, every business should improve good
facilities to attract guests and the highest profitable.
