Hemoglobin In Young Women at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Jember I
XI + 87 pages + 16 table + 1 picture + 9 attachments
Abstract
Status of nutritional is a condition of body as a result of food consumption and
nutrients usage; when physical activity is physical movement performed by the
muscles of the body and supporting system that produces energy expenditure.
Status of nutritional and physical activity is affecting the adequacy of iron in the
body affecting decrease hemoglobin levels in the blood or anemia. This study is
using a correlation design by cross-sectional design, aiming to identify the
correlation status of nutritional and physical activity patterns with level of
hemoglobin of adolescent women in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Jember 1. The
population in this study were young women in Madrasah Aliyah Jember 1 there
were still active registered in the academic year 2010-2011 amount of 521
students. Samples intake using Proportional sampling techniques. Data were
collected using a measurement of upper arm circumference (ribbon of LILA) for
the independent variable nutritional status, and using a questionnaire for
independent variables of physical activity patterns, as well as using measurement
laboratory for the dependent variable levels of hemoglobin. The results showed
that, responder who have the nutritional status of the risk of KEK (Chronic
Energy Deficiency) of 31 responders (59.5%) and responders who have moderate
physical activity by 30 responders (57.7%), and responders who have hemoglobin
>12 g/dl is 40 responders (77%). The correlation status of nutritional and physical
activity with level of hemoglobin pattern analyzed by Multiple Linear Regression
done up with =0.05 that obtained p value 0.003. Conclusion of this studies that
status of nutritional status and patterns of physical activity affecting levels of
hemoglobin, significantly. A recommendation of this study is to attempt to balance
the increase status of nutritional and physical activity patterns with iron intake to
avoid declining value levels of hemoglobin or anemia.

Client Undergoing Therapy of Haemodialysis in unit of Haemodialysis RSUD dr.
Abdoer Rahem Situbondo
... + ... it + ... Table + .... Chart + .... Appendix
Abstract
Chronic renal failure is a syndrome of decline function of kidney, chronially,
progressive, and continued to be advanced. Sexuality is a desire and physical
togetherness is a social and biological need throughout life. This study using a
correlation analytic design by cross-sectional approach that aims to determine the
correlation between prolonged of chronic renal failure with pattern of sexuality
clients undergoing therapy of hemodialysis. The population of this study is the
patient of chronic renal failure undergoing therapy of hemodialysis in unit of
Haemodialysis dr. Abdoer Rahem Hospital Situbondo was amounted of 36 people.
The numbers of samples that meet the criteria of the study were 22 respondents
using a purposive sampling technique. The technique of data collection using
observation sheets and questionnaires for the independent and dependent variable,
respectively. The results of research that prolonged time of chronic renal failure
most occur in groups of 2 and 4 months amount of 4 people (18.2%), lowest in
group 1, 14, 18, 20, 22 and 60 months amount of 1 patient (4.5 %). The results
obtained that patterns of adaptive sexuality amount of 13 people (59.1%) and mal
adaptive amount of 9 people (40.9%). Correlation analysis of prolonged time
with the pattern of chronic renal failure with pattern of sexuality on patient of
hemodialysis therapy with Kendall's tau test ( : 0.05) obtained p value 0.439.
Conclusions in this study showed there are correlation between chronic renal
failure with a pattern of sexuality on patient undergo hemodialysis therapy, not
significantly. Recommendations in this study besides the physical aspect is
psychological aspects of renal failure of patients undergoing hemodialysis
therapy.
Key words: prolonged time of chronic renal failure, patterns of sexuality,
