All Tier-1 CCWP Terms of Agreement apply for Tier-2 applicants as well.
This Tier-2 Permit is only valid throughout service in the [Insert Law agency he
re] [b]Upon leaving/termination of employment at the [Insert Law agency here], t
he Tier 2 Permit will no longer be valid and will be revoked[/b]. If the relevan
ce for the Tier-2 permit are designated tasks within operational units in your d
epartment and your duties change or if the given duties are no longer present, t
he permit will also no longer be valid and revoked.
Just like Tier-1 CCWP firearms, all Tier-2 firearms bought using the Tier-2 Perm

]Firearm Registry[/url][/b]. Failure to register a firearm you possess would be
committing a Felony crime, which would result in consequences well aware of.

e firearm laws of Los Santos, San Andreas. I will follow, at all times, all of t
he rules and regulations of the Tier-2 Permit and have read and understood and w
ill follow the Terms of Agreement. I understand that if the permit is issued to
me, I take full responsibility of it and my actions with it. I understand that a
ll fees that are to be paid for the permit are not refundable. I am aware that a
ny misuse of my firearm may result in legal action against me and can have conse
quences for my CCWP standing. I agree and am aware that the LSPD may conduct ext
ensive background checks in any way the LSPD feels neccesary in the course of th
is application or after as far the LSPD deems it required.
